This bank / branch is the worse one to have. Everyone please, I advice you not to join this bank. The staff in this branch aren’t helpful and the managers of the branch are horrible! Very rude and disrespectful. Online customer service sucks as well! They don’t help you at all either. The only thing this bank / branch does is steal your money!

The staff have always been wonderful to me and my fiancé every time we go. Especially, Alisha. I hope I spelled her name right. She’s been wonderful from the very start. Always helps us with whatever we need. I recommend this BMO Harris Bank specifically :)

This branch is horrible! I set an appt and they knew it and still told me to wait in order to take other customers. Alicia is great but this margaret banker was not helpful at and didn’t call me back for over a week. I had to call to get her to call back and it still took an additional day. Never go here. BMO should be embarrassed.

The only community friendly bank in dt Glen Ellyn. They’re happy to assist with simple things like a roll of quarters while Byline and Citi look at me like I’m crazy

This location is always closed when it's supposed to be open. I chose this bank because it's nearby. There also seems to be a high turnover rate with the bankers.

First I got in to the lobby, there was a man by the desk talking with a lady. He was dressed in a suit but had no name tag. I waited for good 10 minutes when the window freed up and I spoke with the lady to whom I explained what I needed. Few minutes later the man in the suit stood up, and said it will be another half an hour because he is opening an account. When I asked for manager he said it was him, no introduction, no name or business card.The location is big, has a lot of potential, plenty of rooms. It is terribly organized and badly managed. I felt like an intruder. I have been banking with Harris Bank since 1996. This was bad service experience.I expressed my disappointment and disbelief and left.

This is the worst BMO Harris branch I have ever gone too! Every time I come in the employees refuse to offer their service and it’s simply out of being lazy! I am a premium BMO client and get outstanding service from my home branch, however, this branch completely SUCKS! The employees and tellers are always behind the counter eating and taking forever to give you answers. Withdrawing money is a hassle not because they don’t have it, because they’re too lazy to count it and go through the verification process. The excuses that spill out of their mouths for them to not do their job is beyond me! As a premier premium client with BMO I expect outstanding service and this branch lacks that to the fullest! Definitely need to look into new staff that would actually do their job. Avoid this place.
