From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.”
“Our Transmission was slipping and had become unsafe to drive, we stretched it out as long as we could knowing we might have to throw down 3 - $4000 for a new one. Dropped it off thinking it would be a week before we saw it again. Much to our surprise recieved a call that afternoon that it was finished! And just under $1000!!! I'm sure another shop would have just sold it as a total rebuild or replacement but because these guys are honest committed to their work they see things others will overlook. Thanks guys so much!”

I had a rear differential that needed replacement (not immediate, but the car was jumping around corners). My longtime mechanic was estimating $6k parts and labor. These guys got it done for MUCH less. Car runs like a dream now, and I've got a new mechanic to boot!

“Mike and the crew here are awesome! Mike has always informed me of all the information needed for my car and have done all the work that day while I waited. I had some issues and they determined it was my brakes they were replaced and I was able to get my car that evening. I was late to pick up my car and Mike waited for me to past their closing time. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“I came in to get brakes done. I talked to Hector he was very professional and he let us know that we could have a free break inspection or a ten dollar break inspection. We ended up having a major break job done. The price wasn't bad and they were very professional. They got the service done as promised. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me or take advantage of. I will return!!”
