“As always, Terry Leichsenring and his team provided quality service. When getting an oil change (at another location) I was advised I needed to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Terry gave me my options and assisted with choosing the best tires for my vehicle. His team members made sure I was safely driven to and from their location so that I wouldn’t miss work while they replace my tires and did an alignment on my vehicle. I highly recommend this location!”

“I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business!”
“Only place open that was around on a Sunday, unfortunately they couldn’t patch my tire so i had to get a new one on my trailer. Was able to get some free candy and overall a great experience, in and out while they were pretty busy, will attach photo of the tire they couldn’t patch”

“These guys are awesome! My daughter was stranded without a spare tire off a county road nearby. They were very quick and responded immediately, picked her and the car up, were able to get the tire repair in and were honest rather than pushing a new tire . They got her on the road less than an hour from the call being placed!

“I found myself stranded in Pontoon Beach last night with a flat tire. I stopped by Patterson's in the morning to see if they could fix it... but they were crazy busy, and it looked like a couple of hours' wait. The owner saw that I was in a predicament and sent someone out to help me air up my tire so I could get home.

“I blew a tire on the interstate and I went to my local Dobbs ( Collinsville ,IL), because that’s where I get my tires. They located the issue quickly and told me the tire couldn’t be patched. I bought a new one that wasn’t in stock. I was worried about driving on my spare as the lug nuts were had tightened. They loaned me a tire until the next day my tire came in. It gave me peace of mind. Dale and his crew were kind and compassionate. They completed my visit pretty quickly too.
