Just came to get some dinner, the workers were extremely rude and closed up shop at 6:22 when they close at 7:00. Soda syrup was out no ice in two of the machines and they only had pretzels and cheese hotdogs. Saw two sad kids realize that they had closed 40 minutes early and just wanted some ice cream. disappointed

During a heavy downpour of rain, they refused to let me load my groceries underneath the covered area. They told me this area was for Club pickup orders only. All of the parking spots closest to the entrance/exit are priority for club pickup only. In order to shop in the store, you have to park farther away and walk in. There was only one other car in the line and I would have been done in less than 5 minutes. Thanks Sam’s for giving me a reason to get a Costco membership and cancel mine!

Clean, well stocked, great selection, and good prices. Scan and go is super easy to navigate and makes shopping and checkout super quick! Pick up is always a good option especially with kids!!! Samples are always fun too!

Friendly people here but it's a free for all. Appts not respected otherwise would give 5 stars. Plenty of room to maneuver. Small lounge with bathroom and some bottled water and coffee. If you are coming from 159 and turning onto Illini loading dock around back with dedicated truck entrance. Don't pull into regular parking area off of Illini keep going and you will see an entrance sign on your right for trucks.

Worst auto service ever.
I came last time for wheel balancing he asked me to change the front tires, after i replaced them, now he is asking me to replace the rear tires too.
If there was an option for -ve rating trust me i'd have given them the -ve rating.
