Dan was so helpful during the process of buying our home. He was quick to respond and answered all the questions we had. About a year ago, I ordered a factory made truck and it was finally delivered to the dealership the WEEK before we closed on the house!! Jim Bourne was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions I had and walked me through the entire process, which was quick and much easier than what I have experienced in the past with other mortgage companies/banks. I was also able to obtain a better terms through New American Funding than what either of my long term banking institutions were able to offer me.
