Signed contract for patio door 5/31/24. Had two measures. Paid for the door 6/24/24. Told it was in stock. Then told had to order would be in 7/5. No door when I called. Said would be today. Called installation team and now told door will never come in it was now clearance item. Demanded full refund for the run around they have given the last two weeks. Now im told cant get refund until the rep I signed contract who does not return calls or emails refunds it. Could take 10 or more days. Lowes is not reliable for a install project. God aweful service. They new on 5th I would not receive door im told. Corporate just as useless. I have now filed complaint with BBB.

Lowe’s in Glen Carbon, IL. Is a great store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I’ve had nothing but the best service from the Pro team here. It’s the #1 home improvement store I turn to.
If you have ideas and questions on any projects at home these are the people I recommend to go see.

I never leave reviews but Ian helped my grandpa out so much! He knew what kind of door he needed for his new home and even offered some pointers for my grandpa. Will definitely be back with this kind of service! Thanks again!

Ordered mini blind inserts for French does on June 12th and received an email saying they shipped on the 13th. It is now the 20th and still no delivery. I called customer service to see where they were and of course Lowe’s hired someone in customer service that doesn’t belong in customer service. She said she was calling the store to please hold and then was transferred to the survey line. Why do companies keep hiring people that don’t want to work or care about their company?

To be honest I love the different variety of plants at Lowe's has but to be honest I will more than likely never buy plants from here again anytime you buy plants from here you have to pay attention because 99% of their plants have bugs and if you are a plant collector like I am it does no good to bring plants home that are covered in mites Lowe's I think you need to check with your distributor and find a different one because no one wants bugs
