Horrible customer service. Find another car rental chain. Enterprise has gone to the dogs. Employee insulted the area and the people living in the area. 2 thumbs down. Run from Enterprise.

Jim, reached out to me after learning that I'd been in a car accident. He was very kind and patient and also offered to send someone to pick me up to bring me to the sales lot (I know it's part of the sell) but it took a lot of stress off my mind and when I arrived the Bronco I wanted needed work so I looked at the car I ultimately choose (Nissan, Rogue) not my first choose but hopefully a smart choice. His boss Matt was also very personable.

After renting (from Enterprise, of course) a Chevy Equinox, I was inclined to get an Equinox to replace my aging 2007 MINI Cooper. Because a nephew had worked for Enterprise and spoke highly of their maintenance program I was inclined to shop there.
An online search revealed that the local Enterprise Sales location had an Equinox. We visited. The vehicle they had was not suitable--older model, didn't have the features of the brand new one that we had rented. But there were other vehicles in our price range. We tried some of them; liked a few; and settled on one. Bought it. Took it home. Couple of days later noticed cigarette/cigar smoke smells in the vehicle. Ready to invoke the seven day satisfaction clause. Jim was prepared to do that but suggested treatments to eliminate the odor. The treatment worked and we are happy owners of a fine new-to-us car.

What a great experience my husband and I had with RJ at Enterprise Car Sales! From the time I called to schedule a test drive to the time we sat down to purchase the vehicle, RJ was thorough and professional. This was one of the smoothest purchases we have ever made thanks to RJ. We will most definitely be back in the future to work with him.

Someone I know bought a car and brakes stopped working after 5
months!! They didn’t even fix the problems of the car and put “inspected” sticker on it and thats it!! When we brought the car back they asked 10k but the car was only 13k. The brakes costed more than 2k to fix and the only answer we got from these scammers is “ur car loses its value”. Rude, horrible and nasty people!

I purchased a vehicle recently, and it has been one nightmare after another. The car has been falling apart by the day. Had to replace the crash sensors, and I never got the vibration issue resolved, per our agreement upon the sale of the car to us. I'm starting to feel like I've been tricked and I must say I wouldn't recommend to anyone at this point.
