Store is always so cluttered that you can't get what you need, rude / unprofessional employees, closes often without notice / no valid reason. Just called and they closed an hour early foe no reason & employees was super rude.

The workers are rude and not very helpful. One guy had an attitude and the other one was wearing a ski mask at the checkout. I won't be back any time soon.

If I were DG I would reconsider Mr. Warren as distinct manager. I called Warren at 615-306-0104 regarding an issue with DG inventory and the employees that he is responsible for. I would add that if you have had a kess then desirable experience it may be worth calling or texting him with your experience. Mr. Warren advised me that employees standing outside the store smoking, not answering the phone was really not something I should concern myself with. I am waiting for Jamie Tylka to call me back regarding her district manager and discuss with me the appropriateness of his relaxed managing style and his disregard for customers concerns regarding his employees.

Don't shop here, don't work here. The management does not care about their workers, normally that's not uncommon with any dollar General but here it's especially bad, the store is in constant disarray due to understaffing and clear lack of care, we are overworked and under appreciated, you're better off at any other Dollar General overall. Not worth the time or money.

The staff are usually pretty nice but it's very obvious they're understaffed. This store seems to get the bare minimum from Dollar General.The store is just pure chaos. It's the most run-down DG I have ever seen with the shelves often missing a lot of product and the stuff that IS on the shelves is usually in disarray. It is often you will have carts or boxes blocking product, there are a couple carts they usually leave in certain spots most of the time. I don't think the floors have been cleaned in a very long time, or at least thoroughly because they look dirty and there's plenty of skid marks left by carts that have to be years old.The outside's not much better. The "cart corral" is basically for show and it's an eyesore, the pavement needs attention, and the behind of the store needs attention to the vegetation and they always leave a ton of stocking carts out.The 2021 pictures direct from DG are NOT of this store. Those are promo shots and the layout matches more of the one that recently opened in Maryville.Dollar General, please give this store the help it needs. It's so nice to have this place a few minutes from my house and I wish it were in better shape.

Was just in the store there was so much junk laying around in the aisles you could not walk through them should it be a fire hazard was there last week same stuff was on the floor then its become a junk store. Even the outside is a mess

The guy at the cashier was very rude to me and I only was returning a “5” balloon. He told me that it will naturally deflate . I literally got it inflated last night, and Mylar balloons stay inflated for a long time.
