Teenager dropped her phone causing a glitch in the display. ??♀️ Same day appointment. In and out in less than an hour. Price was what I expected. Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! We have for sure found our place for phone repair! ?

My battery was dying and my screen was not installed correctly. These guys got my phone running perfectly in record time, and cheaper than the other quotes I got elsewhere. 5 star service all around and great atmosphere in the shop!

I took my unresponsive cell phone in to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Glen Carbon with little hope for it and heartbroken my pictures were stuck on the phone with no way to retrieve them. Roy, not only was able to get the phone open and make it responsive, but was able to order me a thumb drive that afternoon to be able to save my pictures before having to return my old phone. It was nice to be treated with care and get help like I was part of the family. So many places barely answer your questions and send you out the door wondering what to do next. Roy is a LIFE SAVER!!!! I almost lost 5 years of my kid’s pictures and memories. I will forever bring my questions and broken electronics to you. THANK YOU, ROY!!!!

Took in my iPhone for a broken screen replacement, it was fixed in 45 minutes! Customer service was courteous and helpful, not only to me but to all the other customers I saw during my visit. The whole process was painless. I would definitely return if the need arose.

I took my PS5 there and they said it would be two weeks they had it for 3 1/2 weeks and when I called they never had any information for me they would only say we have it apart or they were busy so I called to have them just not work on it and I came and got it and looked and they never even took my PS5 apart or anything. This was a horrible experience with this company

Was totally satisfied with the workmanship. However,It took several days longer to get the part than we were initially told and the hours of operation being 10-5 during the week & 10 -4 on Saturday, closed on Sunday is simply not customer friendly.
