Great experience! This sweet older gentlemen took care of me like no one else. Like many others my car was bombarded with recent hail. I believe they brought a team of techs that specialize in Paintless Dent Repair.
While shop may seem a bit outdated, it certainly radiates the old school values. Definitely won my business.

Had my avalon in for repairs. Attention to details from a man that has been in the business for a long time Great work and in a timely manner Ed and Mike got the job done and worked with my insurance. Will use them again when the need arises

absolutely terrible service. tried to get my car, and they call at 8pm at night when I've been trying to get a hold of them all day. Get up here at 9pm and no one is here. I live over an hour away and they knew this! just terrible. do not use this company what so ever. they also charge a ridiculous price! got towed less than a mile away from the company, and they are charging me 325$ to pick it up! it hasnt even been here 24 hours! AND it's all up front cash only!! a little suspicious. just terrible. terrible. terrible.

My car let me down, so I called for a tow. He said that charges $85/tow + $3.00/mile. I wanted to see how far the distance is so I used my iPhone to estimate the distance and shows 46 miles, so he charged for 46 miles. He said that I could pay 1st , and he would charge me based on my phone millage reading. He did not take credit card, wanted cash or check. We went to the bank for my to get cash. Next day I checked the millage in my computer since it seemed too many miles, and it turns out that the iPhone was wrong, and that the actual miles was 31.8 miles. I called and explain, and they said that it was over. They said that we agreed to a price and I cannot change my mind now that they towed the car. I said that we agreed to $85/tow and $3.00/mile, and it would be fair for me to pay the actual miles which they did, and not my iPhone reading. I told them that they are professionals and they are supposed to measure the actual distance and charge me for what is fair. They did not want to hear. They got some extra money and it seems that is what matter.
