They are very professional.They listen to the customer. They work on your car as if it was their car. My husband and I have had a lot of work done on or car and what they quote you is what you pay. They will call you if there is some else that need to be done if you want it done or not. I also like that too.Very great place to go to have you car worked on or just for a oil change or whatever you need done. Thanks Kruse Enterprises Service Centers for everything.

My car's engine started knocking when I was in a town near Girard, and wouldn't start up. I found my way home, 120 miles away, and started looking for a nearby shop to take in the car and figure out what was wrong with it. In hardly any time at all, Craig at Kruse had coordinated a towing pickup of my car and had it in the shop (this was over the holidays, mind you). Within a couple days, I got the diagnosis -- engine completely shot, needs replacement. Craig went through the trouble of calling shops around the area to find a suitable replacement, and when I wasn't happy with the only choice I had (due to very short warranty period) he spent part of a second day looking around for a replacement. None of the options were affordable enough considering the value of the car so I ended up putting it in as a trade at a local dealership. Craig was 100% understanding and helped me arrange the towing for the car to my home town. Estimates were reasonable (expected price considering a replacement engine), Craig was honest, the cost of towing and diagnosis was fair, and everyone at Kruse was helpful, even when it was clear I wasn't going to get any repairs done. Thank you for making a tough and stressful situation less so, Kruse!
