The customer service is top notch. Wes and Shane were extremely helpful and followed up regularly. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated that. All of their carts are awesome—way cooler than the typical golf cart you’d see around your neighborhood. We highly recommend working with them!

I bought a vehicle from them. They let me test drive for about 30-40 minutes which is what I wanted. I checked everything and it was good. Then decide 2 days later that I wanted to go pay full and purchase this vehicle. Then I get not even to nilwood yet and I smell antifreeze. Car is running funny. Then get home to see. Almost to no oil at all. They didn’t even fill the tank when purchased which I didn’t really care about. They didn’t give me a mileage of next oil change or ya know since it needed changed didn’t change it themselves. The struts and tirods are bad and it wasn’t like that when I test drove it. My window collapsed a coiled days after the purchase. The ac compressor went out too. I’ve just had a lot of trouble after buying a vehicle from them. I would not suggest it at all. I also was looking around at other dealers after buying this car and the exact same car a year newer w 3,000 more miles then mine for $6,100 but CSC had mine for $9,694 after everything. And then on too these issues. Save yourself some money and never go here no matter how desperate you are. It’s not worth the groan and headache. Like stated before this car ran perfect and nothing wrong when we test drove it.

Was not there for the cars but the Golf Carts!Shane and his partner have a huge selection of golf carts, gas and battery. The customize all the carts, add new batteries, new paint and sometimes new bodies and accessories.Reasonable delivery to Springfield and very knowledgeable if you are looking for a golf cart, chances are you will find it here and if not, ask Shane, never know what he has in the works or is willing to build for you.

Keep in your car an keep driving don't stop here this guy's has a lot of lemons I have the bills 2 prove it trust me nothing but problems ...guy just resets oil life doesn't change it ...was the blackest thickies oil I ever saw for 89 %oil life left ...an Qin u get there there will be more miles on it than what is posted he uses as his personal vehicles with old thicker oil so u can't here lifter noises...don't stop unless u wanna pucker up after getting a lemon

I had bought some golf cart tires from CSC in the fall and made arrangements to have my golf cart serviced in the Spring and some parts added on the suspension and the newer tires put on as well as tuning up the motor. . Wes was great to deal with and the work was all completed prior to bringing the cart home, or so I thought. After take the cart out I noticed an oil spot on the concrete where the cart was parked. Assuming it was from the work that had been done, I drove it a few more times. The oil indicator light then came on and I checked the oil level. It was definitely on the low side. I contacted CSC and was told it was probably a bod ring on the drain plug. I happily bought a new one and changed the plug because I was not paying $75 for a town to Girard for this to be completed. The plug was changed, but the leak persists. I do not believe I ever should have been directed to change a plug on a machine that had just returned from being serviced. Now, if I wish to use my golf cart, I have to ride around with a quart of oil in case it leaks too much while away from the house. This issue should have been investigated and resolved by CSC as there were no leaks when the machine was stored for the winter or taken out of storage. It did have flat tires, but that was why we were having them changed out. Seriously don’t know where to start. Bought a cart from CSC a couple years back and honestly it’s been the best customer service experience of my life ever since. Shane (owner) is over the top honest, fair and goes well above and beyond to take care of his customers. Since buying the cart I’ve had CSC do several upgrades, yearly maintenance, etc. my experience has been just phenomenal on all fronts. I recommend this business to friends, family, strangers every single chance I get. As I often tell Shane, “I am a customer for life”
