Shoutout to all the employees of these truck stop. It has been a good time since I can find a truck stop that clean and always on point with the showers. Thanks for understanding that not all truck drivers are nasty . Keep it up and thanks for your efforts.

My 6 year old had car sickness and vomited just as we were leaving this truck stop. I have never used a shower at a truck stop before but we went inside hoping we might find a way to clean off. Garrett greeted us very warmly and immediately set us up in a complimentary shower room. We felt so blessed by his help. And as a mom alone on the road with a little girl, the space was perfect and immaculate! Thanks so much Pilot and Garrett for turning this rough moment around for us!

Went in to get some paperwork printed off. It cost me $10 for 9 sheets of paper. That's ridiculous! The people were very nice and helpful though. That's why I didn't put 1 star.

I've been here for the second time at this Travel Stop and it's always the same. It's so dirty that you don't even want to go into the store. Utilities like the coffee station are all sticky and dirty, and I don't even eat pizza in the bathrooms because I'm afraid to go there.

Huge shout out to Garrett and Pamala!!! Driving 3 days from Northern Michigan to Arkansas and now going back home to Mi and y'all have the cleanest bathroom that we have come across in 3 days! AMAZING JOB! Y'all deserve a raise! Whoot whoot way to go. From Sheri, Devin, Makenna, Journey. We will be stopping back in our future travels for sure!?

I totally love this particular Pilot, they go above and beyond fir their customers, the washers were down and instead of telling me they were not working, the worker Garrett and his manager Peggy I believe thats her name, allowed me to use theirs. Everytime I'm in there so is Garrett is there as well. Wonderful customer service and very friendly and clean place to shower and do laundry. Thanks guys.. Crystal
