Aaron went above and beyond helping my husband today; apparently there is a new return policy that we were unaware of; both Aaron and my husband were on the phone with guest services trying to resolve the issue and though it took a while Aaron did what he needed to do and helped us. Very very very very clean store, showers and restroom. Don't know how they do it, but they should be an exemplary store in the chain. This Pilot puts any Loves to shame. Paired with great customer service this was an outstanding experience. Even the fan in the shower was clean and without any dust.

The staff at this location, were great. Helping customers with a nice smile. Makes us the costumers feel good. Also i have to say that this young fella named Julian. He was cleaning the showers in a way that I never seen before. He was leaving those showers super clean. Great job. Thank you Julian.
