IVEDC is the designated Community Action Agency for Calhoun, Greene, Jersey and Macoupin Counties. IVEDC's Administrative Office is Located in Gillespie with satellite offices in Carrollton, Hardin, and Jerseyville. Our purpose is very basic: "Help People, Change Lives." We achieve this in a variety of ways depending on the need of the individual or family.
