After a driver was riding on my bumper for no reason while I was waiting at a red light to merge, my search for a body shop began. From the first time I reached out to Sergio’s Auto Body, the process was really smooth. After almost eight months of waiting for my claim to be approved (yay) I received the same estimate (double yay) My car now looks even better than when I purchased it! Everyone at the body shop was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for making my car shiny again, both inside and out – even the tires look stunning!

I recently was in a car crash that caused significant ($18,000+) damage to my less than year old Hyundai Santa Fe. When I found out that my go-to auto body shop was too booked to work on my vehicle, I searched for State farm preferred shops. After researching reviews of area shops, I decided to have my SUV repaired by Sergio's Auto Body shop in Gilberts. I made an excellent decision! My experience with Sergio's could not have been better! The young lady office manager, Denise, was so pleasant and knowledgeable, I think maybe she could have performed the work herself! I was kept informed of status from start to finish. The shop is a family operation - Dad, two sons and a daughter (Denise). The work was completed quickly and meticulously. There is no trace of the previous damage, and the SUV was detailed so well that it looks like it just came out of the dealership show room. I do not hesitate to recommend Sergio's Auto Body to anyone needing this type of work on their vehicle. Five Stars ★★★★★

Sergio killed it painting and installing my bumper on my mustang. Super easy to work with, great communication, and got it done fast. Definitely recommend doing your business with them. Will be back in the future!

updating my post as i cannot reply to Sergios response- YOU ADMITTED YOU REUSED A BRACKET (structural item) THAT YOU KNEW WAS QUESTIONABLE. i would have never agreed to to a failing important item. you admitted in person after the bumper was sagging that you knew it was possibly not good but used it anyways.
Paying out of pocket, I said I don’t mind if the headlight with a small scuff on it was reused when I had the entire front end replaced. This some how translated to reuse the grill that was very messed up and missing chunks, install brand new bumper with a tiny dent in it and reuse questionable brackets to hold the bumper on. 5 weeks later brand new bumper is sagging and I was told it would cost more to money to make it hang right. The owner admitted he reused a bracket that was questionable. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. their communication was very poor during the entire process, I had to call every day for 2 weeks after the anticipated completion date for status. I do not recommend this place.

They did a great job replacing my bumper and a few other things after a raccoon incident. They only had my car a couple of days so that’s a huge plus as I was expecting longer! The girl at the front desk ( I believe her name is Denise ) is very kind and kept me updated through the whole process! Very stress free! Here’s some before and after pics!

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and polite .

Denise and the team are super awesome! I’ve mostly dealt with Denise and she was very helpful in keeping me updated, taking care of my rental, and working on getting me in and out of the shop. They’re thorough, to the point and patient. They actually listen and work with you!

We’ve used Sergio’s excellent services three times now. It’s a family-run organization whose service, attention to detail, and friendliness is unmatched in my experience. The quality of their work, from paint jobs, broken windshields and dents to more serious repairs, is superb. I would recommend Sergio’s Auto Body to anyone.
