Their customer service is unmatched. Jon was able to take a guess at diagnosing my car by sound alone. Of course once he took it apart, his diagnosis was accurate. They are completely transparent with the work they do. They give full details of every process, and Jon even goes as far as popping the hood and explaining to me exactly what was happening, what repair was done, and why. I do not feel like I am being cheated or manipulated in anyway ever. Jon was welcoming of my idea to compare prices elsewhere, and Guy Motorsports consistently has the better prices. I would not take my car anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either.

Jake and Jon are the mechanics you want working on your car. In such a slimy industry, these guys are the best in the area to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain your car for an honest price and with a positive attitude. I can't recommend them enough. They took my "basket case" of a modified Jeep Wrangler and completely resolved it's transmission, torque converter, and wiring harness issues and it is now running like brand new. I went in for a tune up and was quoted based on system time estimates. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle the price was much less than quoted because they were honest and told me it didn’t take nearly as long as the system estimated. They could’ve charged me the quoted price and I would’ve never known. I appreciate not only their honesty but kindness as well! I’ll definitely be back!

Jake and John Guy are GREAT! I have had them do work on my toy car and my everyday car. They just took care of my teenaged daughter's car and they did a fantastic job. She had a check engine light go off. It is her main mode of transportation. These Guys are fast, reliable, reasonable and just all-round good people. I heard really good things about these guys from a friend. I tried to call several times but got an automated message, without the company's name, saying that the user was unavailable (with no ability to leave a message). I received a call back later in the day from someone who seemed very annoyed that I had called, saying that they were out of town. The last thing I heard them say before they hung up was "Jesus Christ". Apparently they weren't interested in my business. If you don't want customers to call, or call back, leave a message that you are closed, let them leave a message, or don't bother to have a phone number. For their sake, I hope their service is as good as my friend said, but I won't be using them.
