The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and great to deal with while my truck was getting hail damage fixed. They made the entire process with insurance seem very smooth and easy. The work done to my truck was top notch also.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Jansen collision. I had a small dent get repaired and they communicated with me every step of the process. In addition to great customer service, they did a fantastic job fixing the dent—and returned my car to me with a complete detail job! I highly recommend working with them!!

Jansen Collision was absolutely amazing to deal with after my car accident. They coordinated everything seamlessly, from towing my van back to their shop, communicating directly with my insurance and the rental car company, and making the repairs quickly and at high quality! They kept me in the loop and answered all my questions through the entire process. My van was returned to me with a nice clean interior and exterior as well. I would highly recommend Jansen Collision to anyone!

Had to take my truck there for a deer collision and all I can say is they are fast, fair and keep you informed throughout the entire process.My truck looked like new when it was returned and they even detail the inside.100% would recommend their service! We want to give a big thank you the team at Jansen Collision! Having an accident can be stressful, but knowing our vehicle was being taken care of at Jansen’s alleviated most all of that stress. Cheyenne was very helpful in getting our vehicles towed and was able to answer our questions. Emails were always responded to in a timely manner as well. Cheyenne is truly an asset to Jansen Collision. Once our vehicle was repaired, it looked like new -as parts were OEM. We could tell from the repair job, that all hands that touched the vehicle had a high sense of pride in their work. That’s rare these days!!! We could also see that Jansen Collision is also managed well. We would recommend anyone to Jansen Collision. Thanks again!

Jansens was great at being able to take care of my car after a deer collision. They were able to tow it a few hours after it happened over 20 miles to the shop. Cheyenne kept me informed on the status of my repairs and they worked with my insurance for all payments making the process smooth! Also detailed my car which was nice.
