This is the absolute BEST dealership in the Metro East. The showroom staff are amazing, polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Additionally, the service department is EXCELLENT. They truly know how to fix a car if necessary and do perfect work. Everyone here is a professional and willing to work with customers. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car or need service. They are great.

I bought a truck from Bryton a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier! As a young woman, car buying can be a nightmare but I was treated with nothing but respect. It really was a quick, easy and painless process. After driving my truck off the lot, I realized the cruise control didn’t work and Bryton coordinated with the service department right away to get it fixed. Then, a few dashboard lights came on. The service department treated me well and fixed the issues no problem. I really appreciate the way Jansen does business!

Bought several new cars over the last few years but the car buying experience at Jansen was by far batter than any other I’ve had over the years. Jacob and Mitch were great and had my wife and I in and out and on our way in the van we purchased. Can’t thank them enough. Will definitely be purchasing through them in the future.

Great overall experience! Clean facility, friendly staff, no pressure sales. I called ahead for a specific car and Jacob Blumenstein had it waiting by the front door, ready to test drive. Financing options were explained well. Despite this being a sellers market they gave me a fair deal on my used car. Another plus was service after sale. I have a minor Bluetooth issue and they didn’t hesitate to say bring it in; we’ll give you a loaner while it’s repaired. Despite the 90 minute drive, I’ll shop here first next time I’m in the market. Then go eat at Valbo’s in town.

Jansen and their staff are second to none. People outside of Clinton county should make the 20 minute drive to purchase here, they treat everyone like family, and don't play the last price game over and over. Bryton Timmerman is an excellent salesman to deal with and very easy going. Jansen sells many cars each month so their inventory is constantly changing unlike many other small town dealers. Thanks Jansen for the experience, my brothers referral was spot on.
