The people at night seem to think they are doing a great job. But take a look at cameras. Which should be done anyway.... the albino kid thinks he's great and nothing but trying to leave. Compleat disgrace to your business. And called your corporate office about maintenance. Still things always broken. Took 3 guys in 3 caseys maintenance truck to fix something and was down the next day. Your company is being taken advantage of and it doesn't seem like you care. Management here is pitiful to say the absolute least. DO BETTER. or close shop. Pay attention to your reviews. They speak the truth and NOONE NOT EVEN CORPORATE SEEMS TO CARE. I for one will drive to metamora to get my pizza cause of lack of competence.

Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to the Metamora store. It’s worth the extra 15 min drive. Food is so much better and staff is friendly. This store the pizza is never cooked right and soggy/floppy. Staff is just rude.

This is easily the worst managed Casey’s I’ve been too. There is constantly not food at the correct times. Come in for breakfast, no pizza just 20 sandwiches sitting there, obviously not getting bought because when I go in at lunch time there still sitting there. Yet what isn’t sitting there? Lunch food. Went in the other day at 1150 and it’s just leftover breakfast and two stale slices of pizza. No fresh pizza, no burgers, no nothing. Numerous times I’ve gone in and they’re in the back doing nothing but standing around and the warmers are empty. They take way longer on carry out orders too compared to the one in Metamora. I understood for awhile with shortages of workers, but this is been well over a year now. It’s just what this store is

I used to like it here but for quite a while now the staff is rude and inattentive, there is hardly ever any food in any of the warmers or cold cooler, has gas pumps covered with bags. Even when there is food, it's made sloppy or not done. I know we all get busy, but please do better!

Pretty decent pricing for gas and inside goods. Staff was very nice when I went there.

I used to love going here. Id spend $15 every morning on food and coffee. Now, i dont go there at all. The food is absolutely horrendous now. Burritos are tiny and have no cheese, pizza is made pathetically. Just very disappointing. The new staff members are also not very friendly. Very disappointing.

I was charged $1.79 over the price , of what was on the shelf price.The only thing the cashier said was , " the price must have went up and it didn't get changed on the shelf.I ask her if she thought it was fair to charge me more than what the price on the shelf was. She said that she would looked into it , and walked away from her register.

Rude on the phone!! I ordered a pizza and was told 15 to 20 min. Showed up 25 min later and they hadn’t even started it. My order was still hanging out of the machine. No apologies given the only answer why was cause he was busy.

It's an interesting Casey's no one seems to be in charge. Call ahead before you go get your pizza because they don't seem to care about the pick up time given on the APP. Pizza was good. Casey's made it right so I think they deserve 5 stars for listening to their customer.
