“Vet you can trust! Highly recommend! All staff members have been kind, gentle, & loving to my cats & dog. They accommodated me today for an emergency visit with my cat (Saturday). I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and their willingness to help. Additionally, I recently received a cancer diagnosis for my sweet doggo. Dr. Chris was compassionate and patient with me as I worked through my emotions. From the good days to the bad days - 10/10 recommend!”

“I've been going there for years, I love them. I've tried going other places that were closer to me, but none of them measure up. New Hope is great, they're reliable, honest, won't charge you to do things that won't help your pet, they care about the pets and the owners. They have someone on call 24/7 so you can get help when you need it (some hospitals in Rockford don't have on call, that doesn't even make sense to me). On top of bring the best around, they're also affordable. Well worth the little drive, I'll never go anywhere else.”
