“Stopped here for an oil change as my husband had been there with his car and said they were great. They were! The day we stopped by they were short on staff but hustled as much as possible while still giving great customer service. The gentleman that came out to greet me brought me a water bottle and once he saw I had my littles with me he offered juice and fruit snacks for them! So kind and professional. We did have to wait for a bit but with just the two people working it was still as efficient as you can get with a long line of cars. This place is also veteran owned and offers a discount to veterans which is awesome! I very much recommend Take 5 for their services!”
“While traveling cross country, I got a leak in my tire stem. After going to 3 tire repairs shops with no luck, I git a recommendation to go to KARSTEN'S.
Within 45 minutes tire was fixed & I was back on the road.

“VIOC in DeKalb has been a go to for years always had good service. Today was was great… wonderful crew of 3. Helpful, pleasant and efficient. My van sounded like a new car when I left, they helped solve no heat, squeaky belt, .. had radiator flush, oil change, and a couple wipers and filters changed. Right in line with competitors. I forgot the young ladies name who worked with me, but she’s a natural with good customer service.”
“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
