Mike was very helpful and went out of his way to get me the proper transmission oil for my Dads RV. I was able to do everything right over the phone a thousand miles away and it went perfectly! Thanks Mike!

A little expensive but it's the only place in Genoa.

Definitely a friendly staff with warm smiles in small town USA. The staff was very knowledgeable regarding some fuses I needed for my car and took the time to pick out the fuses I needed. They also went into their back storage and found more of a specialty fuse I had needed. Some may say the prices may be a little higher than some of their competitors, but the level of their knowledge makes it worth every penny. The difference was I didn’t get sold incorrect parts by a high school kid. Also they threw in a 20% discount on my whole order and gave me a free 5 gallon Napa bucket that I can use while detailing my car. Stop by in the month of July 2022 for everything you can fit in the bucket is 20% off and you get a free 5 gallon bucket too.

Every time I order a part online that says it is in stock it never is! Sure, it’s in stock at one of their stores but not Genoa. Then a 30min pickup turns into 3 hours while they run around and pick up the parts.

Most of the people working here are nice enough. That’s about the only positive thing I can really say. On my way to the alignment one of my brake calipers locked up and needed to be replaced. Their price was quite high. Being as myself and my family do a lot of business with Napa I called the nearby store and asked what they could get me the caliper for and it was only $50 at my cost. The shop refused to use it saying it would then be a customer part since they did not pay for it. I asked where their part would be coming from and they assured me it was also the same Napa. So despite the Napa store being able to deliver the part and me never having touched it and it being given directly to the shop for the repair they refused. They only want to get as much money from you as possible. I understand they are a for profit organization but they’re already charging a lot for the labor and making money there. The part would have been the exact same physical part they got. Overall poor way to treat a customer by not letting them use their discount with the place you’re getting your own parts from.

You are better off buying a part online. I just checked the price of the item that I bought for 1899 in the store online it was 1499. I think it’s back to AutoZone for me
