I called them twice about mulching around my house. Both times I spoke with a woman who took my messages. Never heard from anyone. Then I called a third time and left a message with the same results. It is now well over two months that no one has returned my calls. It was very upsetting since I've used them in the past. I felt like I was irrelevant and ignored.
I finally used another company and they were quick to respond.
No, your manager did not say anything about health issues. It sounded like you were too busy for me. Just a simple call back with any acknowledgment would have been appreciated but after three calls from me which was more than enough I was done.

Bill and the rest of the staff are awesome. Great venue for events as well, good food and great music!

He did an amazing job on my bushes that needed to be trimmed and 4 bushes that needed to be pulled out and cleaned up my flower garden too. I definitely would recommend this place.
