He could not come in until the next day but fixed everything so we could get back on the road! It was a very concerning situation but they went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. If I lived around the area I would definitely take my business there but we were passing through.”

“This was my first time dealing with Mark’s machine shop. We realized that our plow was not working and we had heavy snow predicted for tomorrow. Our usual shop retired late last year and are no longer in business. I called other shops and was told it would take 10-14 days to inspect our plow.I talked to Bryce at Mark’s, and he assured me that they could inspect and work on our plow the same day. Eric checked it out, found the problem and had it fixed within an hour. He let me know that if I called him in a few days after the heavy snow, they could replace a broken running light on our plow with parts they keep in stock.The service was fast, accurate, and I could not be happier. And the repair cost was very reasonable. Mark’s has a new customer in us!”

Where they remove door dings, small dents and of course hail damage. All without using any paint or fillers . “Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
