“Highly recommend Gloria's jewelry! My husband had my engagement ring made here but using diamonds from my grandmas wedding ring! They gave him multiple options of how to do it and kept tweaking it until it was exactly what he wanted! We also got our wedding bands from Gloria's! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I also stop in often to get the rings cleaned and it takes about 5 minutes.. super quick and easy!!”
“My hairdresser told me about this place. She had her engagement ring designed here and it is gorgeous. I needed an appraisal on my Wedding ring so that's why I went. There is a small boutique in the back with Italian fashion that is unique. I picked up some clothes and designer sunglasses. I then got to talking to the owners of Jewelery pieces of my mothers laying around. I brought them in and magic was done! My mothers emerald earrings were made into a ring for myself and they brought back to life my mothers pearl necklace and ring. I am so happy they could restore these pieces. I appreciate the honesty and fairness in price too. A bonus while you look around is to have your rings cleaned too. My wedding band has never sparkled so nicely. They have a loyal customer for Life!”
“Just hung up the phone with Jordan regarding an ongoing issue with a bag purchased from fossil online 2 years ago. The care and concern she showed is at a level I have not seen in a long, long time. She listened attentively, showed empathy for my issue, and offered several ways to rectify the problem, which is more than I can say for the customer service department at Fossil's 800 number! I am blown away by her sincerity and professionalism, and will be making the hour long trip to her store just for this reason. Give this woman a raise!”

“This place deserves all the praise. I walked in with a watch collection I have accumulated over a few years. I was greeted by the store manager Trevor. I had 17 watches that all needed batteries and some of them i had not worn yet. I also let him know that a few had sentimental value to them and to please be careful with them. He assured me that he would take care of it and he could get it done within an hour or so. He was man of his word and I received a call to pick up my watches and that everything had gone well. He even went the extra mile to clean and set the time on each watch. 17 watches. Listen if I could give this place 10 stars it is deserving of each and every star possible. This was the best customer service I had received in a very long time. Please give Trevor a raise Bravo my friend. ??”
