The staff (in this case a rep named Tyler) was not friendly at all. He showed no energy and stared blankly at me, making the customer service very lacking. No hello, no show of support, no concern. Its unfortunate, as the location seems nice and the other staff seemed to greet people just fine. My bad luck I guess landing at his counter ?

Very good experience.I will always use this UPS store (Geneva)Saint Charles UPS gave me a horrible experience (see my review on that store) so I drove to Geneva and this store salvaged my opinion of UPS. Nice work Geneva.

Staff was rude and they have ZERO customer support skills. i brought in an Amazon return in the original box and was told i did not "pack it" right and that i needed another box. First i had ever heard of that so i went all the way back home to get a box. i put it in the box went all the way back and was told i still did not pack it right because i forgot to put a piece of tape on the box. i apologized and asked for a piece of tape and was told "We are not in the business of supplying tape or packing for customers"i am currently on hold with UPS customer service for 32:27 at the time of writing this. i guess theirs is not much better.I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN...why no option for zero stars???

Sarah is the kindest customer service rep. She is so welcoming and helpful anytime I come in. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've had a few not so great experiences with 2 other reps who, more than once, act like doing their job is a huge inconvenience. I drop off Amazon returns to this location and let me tell you, these two hate it to the point that it is comical. If you don't like your job, move on so you can be happy and enjoy your life.

We use this UPS location almost exclusively! They have helped us with printing, shipping, and packaging items. Steph and the team are always friendly and ready to assist. So happy to have such a resource close to home.

Let me start with, I HATE dealing with shipping things. However, I now don’t mind it thanks to this UPS store. They are so incredibly helpful and I never worry about getting nickled and dimed like at the post office. They charge reasonably to pack things for you, explain all the shipping options and move so fast even during the holidays. Tonight I had something that needed to go to FedEx, oops. Well they packed it all up for me and affixed the label for next to nothing so all I had to do was drop it off which was greatly appreciated since I had to make a second stop. They have a customer for life!!

After yet another bad experience down the street at Batavia Postal....It really makes you appreciate a privately owned store like this. I have shipped hundreds of packages through this UPS store over the years. I have never had one bad experience. The sevice is excellent and so have been the staff I've delt with over the years.I wish UPS offered a flat rate service for smaller, heavy boxes, I'd never use the Postal Service again.

Wow.. major discrimination. I walked in the young man said hello. As I was walking toward him another man just walked in the side door after I was already in the store. The man looked away from me and said to the that man, put your box here, totally ignoring me now. Thankfully a young lady came out from the back and offered to help me. Many other stores. No wonder this one has poor rating.
