The staff was very friendly and capable. Their process for taking and returning the item was very good. I was disappointed that they couldn’t fix the item. It was an unusual it item for they so I wasn’t too surprised. It was a led reading lamp.

Jose was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Informed me when he was on his way and arrived on time. Had never done on-site repairs of this sort, but will from now on! Very convenient for my job hours. Definitely would recommend!

I walked in with a phone that worked and only had scratches on the screen. I left with a shattered screen and phone that was no longer usable. I was at the store for 6 1/2 hours and the unexperienced tech damaged the 5g modem inside of my device! Walked in with a working phone, left with a shattered screen and phone that no longer works. And they didn't offer a loaner or to fix their mistakes. Will never return to this location. Also filing a complaint with Samsung and Asurion so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
