My dogs Murphy and Scout love coming to “camp” for the day. The staff is amazing and so caring. And my boys get totally worn out!! We also board the dogs here and have been really happy with everything.

Beware of this place! Inside sources have told me first hand that the owner uses bark collars without the knowledge nor consent of the owners. That is completely unethical and disturbing to hear. Apparently she does not like the dogs barking so she puts the collars on to spray the dogs in the face when they bark. If you have taken your dog here, I would advise you to report this place especially if you have noticed changes in your dogs behavior. HORRIBLE!

They take Great care of our dogs and have the best prices on dog grooming as well. They groomer is only in on Sunday but is worth it for the great price

The Water Bowl is my pups favorite place to go! As soon as I ask her if she wants to go to daycare she starts spinning in circles and telling me lets go! Everyone is super friendly and always makes my Maize girl feel very welcome. Best place to get her a good day of socialization and burn off her energy! Thank you to everyone there who treats her like her own ❤

This experience was absolutely disappointing and would not recommend to place to anyone. We picked up our dog here after she stayed 4 nights. Our dog was in good conditions when we dropped her off. During her pick up, she was covered in her feces, been having uncontrollable diarrhea and throwing up since we brought her home. We have to now take her to the vet to get her checked out. The Water Bowl never made a call to us at all during her stay and transition her food to "rice and chicken" without calling or our permission. We called to let them know what we had experienced since we brought her home with no empathy and considered notifying us if she wasn't feeling well during her time there. We just received very defensive response with no consideration of a solution. Will never recommend placing your dog here.

We have been bringing Penny & Otis to The Water Bowl for years and can always trust that they are taken care of with such love! We appreciate the flexibility they have shown us. Kathy & the team are always so friendly with us and the doggies.Highly recommend if you need boarding or day care for your furry loved ones!

Kathy & her staff are always kind & welcoming when we arrive with Sophie. Always happy to see everyone that walks in the door We have a young, high energy dog & she is always happy & tired at the end of a day at doggie daycare with her friends.

I would not recommend. Have terrible customer service only one person I like there that likes my dog. Everyone else treats him like he's a bad boy, which he is not; he's just high energy. I was told he was the best during his evaluation got along with all the dogs. Then a few weeks later was told he needed to be kept in a separate room n that's where they've been putting him. I let it slide because I work long hours but was promised he will always have at least one dog to play with. No one bothered to tell me anything right away. Recently I was made aware that for weeks now he's been locked in a room by himself. I'd like to know what I'm paying for because he can sit in my house by himself for free. I was told he's too crazy and doesn't get along with other dogs. Which is not true because he gets along with every dog at the dog park big,medium,small;aggressive ,laid back ; young or old. He has the best temperament when other dogs get nippy he knows to back off and try again later. He is a puppy and needs a lot of attention. We're working on training him but it's been hard when not all his caretakers follow the same rules and way of handling him. Definitely will not be bringing him back ever! Which is sad because he use to love going there. No other daycare wants him because he's a Pitbull.

I've never had a bad experience here! My pup loves it. He gets so excited to visit. Both boarding and day visits have been so simple and reasonably priced!
