I don't know if Zillow has enough characters for me to put into words how great Michael Louie was for our family, but I will surely try.From the moment I knew I was separating from active duty, I knew I had to look into buying a home for my family. We started off viewing homes with a few realtors to really just feel out and understand the situation, as it was our first time. It wasn't until I sought out a home on the internet that I was contacted by Michael Louie. The first and most fundamental thing I noticed with my phone conversation was the fact that he just seemed so genuine. He wasn't someone trying to make a dollar on us buying a house, it was an individual working to put my family and I in a HOME. His demeanor alone sold me from the beginning.During our process of purchasing, we walked through countless homes. I might get excited at one home, or my wife in another, but Michael was always objective and kept us on our toes, allowing us to find the positive and negatives of every residence. He had a excellent understanding of finding a future-proof home, with a great return on investment, while also something we would genuinely enjoy living in. He was patient through our contract negotiations (there were many, as we were indecisive), while also firm with whomever we were negotiating with, as his goal was to take care of his customer. I can honestly say I could absolutely see him as both a business partner and a friend throughout the entire process.Through it all, we found an amazing home, and our comfortably settled. I cannot truly convey how thankful I am for what Michael has done for our family. As a former active duty individual, current ANG, I will tell you, it was frightening to separate from the structure. Michael purposefully did everything he could to ease those nerves though, and he did so successfully.To anyone reading this, I am absolutely sure you would be making a mistake to not utilize Michael Louie in your purchasing process. He will make it seamless, enjoyable and worthwhile. To Michael, bless you and thank you again!

Michael was a great realtor and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable about the area, very responsive in all his communication, being available through phone, email and text. He works with many clients, but he always made us feel like a priority by answering our questions as quickly as he could, or at least letting us know when he would find out an answer. Good communication is hard to find these days, but Michael excels in that area.Michael also has a great network of resources that were helpful go tos when looking for attorneys, inspectors, and lenders. It always helps to have resources for second opinions.Buying a home is stressful, but Michael was a wonderful person to work with and he made the whole process go smoothly!

We loved working with Michael. He was easy to work with, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable! Michael was always quick to schedule a showing for us and quick to turn around paperwork, which is incredibly helpful when homes are moving fast. He let us take the lead, but provided us valuable input. We highly recommend him.

Michael didnt just help us buy our dream home he guided us through every step of the process eliminating the fears of first time home buying. All it took was one phone call and Michael helped day and night to get us the perfect home. With Michael's quick response time we were actually able to put in bids and a counter offer from our couch and even at 10pm we got the exciting news that our offer was accepted! Michael is truly the one and only realtor you will need.

He has a host resources that he uses to help you out when trying to make decisions. He will keep you on track with your objectives and make sure you don't settle for anything less than what you want. I could not be more satisfied with my home and it was only possible by Mike being dedicated and very patient with me throughout the entire process.

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable & helpful in selling my condo. His photographer was also professional & took great pictures for my listing. Michael made himself available & helped me through the selling process. Astoundingly, I got my 1st offer within 2 hours of going live on the market. I accepted the 2nd offer after my Open House 2 days later!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and a little intimidated by the whole process but Mike was able to put us at ease quickly. He took the time to answer any questions we had and get to know us and not just what we were looking for but why we were looking for it. Mike always had our best interest and preferences in mind when going through properties, he let us go through a property and then would go through it with us again with his trained eye so we could learn what to look for. He replies quickly to questions you may have and is willing to go the extra mile for the people he is helping. I've heard horror stories from friends about realtors and my friends are envious of the experience my wife and I had with Mike. I can't recommend Mike enough for veteran home buyers and first time home buyers alike.

Michael help me and my wife find and buy a town home. We both were new to the property business at the start of this process. He's very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. If we are to sell our current home in the future, Michael Louie will be the first person we will call.
He was very responsive through every form of communication (text, e-mail, phone call, etc.). He was also very good at follow-ups with both me and my wife.
He was very patient with our needs. When we were first on the hunt for homes we were all about single-family homes. About halfway through the viewing process we decided that a town home would better suite our needs and he was very flexible in providing us very good listings.
He's very knowledgeable which help me and my wife out a lot. Being potential new home owners we didn't have a lot of background knowledge. When we were viewing homes he was able to pick out very little details that we would completely miss.
He has very good recommendations for attorneys, inspectors, and loan officers as well. Overall, Michael made our first home buying experience a breeze and we both walked out of the closing confident and knowledgeable about our purchase. If you're looking for an outstanding realtor look no further.

We are so lucky to have Michael as our realtor. We were worried that the process of buying our first home would be very intimidating and overwhelming. Michael broke it down into very small simple steps and before you know it we had the keys to our dream home! Along each step of the way he was very informative and knowledgeable. Excellent , fast service. Michael is a true professional and made sure to keep us well informed. His fast response allowed us to get the rental we loved in a really hot market. Waiting even a day may have lost the opportunity to rent the property. Thanks to Michael, we saw the property the save day, stayed late that night to put in an offer and signed the lease the next day. I've been working with a number of brokers for the past 5 years or so and I can confidently say the Michael far and away has been the best!! His knowledge coupled with his responsiveness and friendly attitude will make him my real estate professional for years to come! The day after I first talked to him, we went to go see a property and he answered all my questions within 24 hours. Shortly afterwards, we negotiated a price and the closing was set!
