This place is a complete joke. Would not recommend to anyone. They won't do the work and then try and bill you for repairs that were not even done. Then threaten to file lean on your rv. Stay as far away as possible.

I took my RV in a year ago because the slide wouldn't retract properly. They said the frame was bent, but since I hadn't used it, I couldn't imagine how it happened. They said it would cost $2100+ with an open invoice because labor could drive the cost up even more. I declined and brought my rig home. Didn't take it out last year. I decided this year to get another opinion. The house battery needed to be replaced since it was the original 6 year old one and I took it to another shop. The slide works perfectly and it only cost $190.00! I shudder to think how much it may have cost to repair something that wasn't damaged and find out wasn't even the problem!

Stay away! They had my car for almost 2 weeks and did nothing, after they sent me the estimate audit total that was agreed on by them and the insurance company they tried to get even more money from them and not communicating to me at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And if you have to deal with josh he is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever talked to. STAY AWAY this is a terrible place of business. Found out after this post Bob barks (owner) not only was trying to scam them for even more money from my insurance after they agreed to repair my vehicle at the price that was agreed, he cursed the lady out at my insurance company. After the fact lied to me saying he couldn't get ahold of them (as josh did also) and that's why they had my car for 2 weeks and never called me to tell me any of this was going on. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Stay far far away. It's hard because there are a limited number of RV service shops but stay far away from here. The place is owned and run by a belligerent old man named Bob. I'm not sure if he is senile or has a drinking problem but he seems to enjoy degrading complete strangers and potential customers. He even threatened to "beat our a$$" after going on to say we are "pieces of $hit". I honestly don't know how he can stay in business talking to people like that nor do I understand where he gets his combat confidence since he is literally withering away. I will pray for him and that his business closes so no more customers have to suffer.

Sept. 2nd 2021 Our Lippert One control system went out as well as electric on slide with switches. After contacting several RV repair shops in the area with no indication on when if they could work on this system I got in touch with Complete Car and RV. Right from the start they were great and got my 5th wheel in quickly and determined what all the problems were and fixed. I highly recommend this company!! My other 5th wheel has been at camping world Wentzville Mo. going in a year next week!

While passing through I had to make an emergency stop here to have my RV checked out. They were amazing. The entire staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

work on it. Complete said sure. I detailed the specific issues the potential RV purchase had, and the year, make, and model. After purchase, and having read the reviews, I set up an appointment with complete. At the appointment time, I confidently brought in my new RV purchase. This was on a Thursday. The first sign of trouble was that the person with whom I had made the appountment was unavailable. I insisted on going over the RV with them, so Bob (I think that was his name) went over the issues with me. I was reassured by his seeming knowledge and assurances that they'd handle the needed repairs. It had some missing lights and mirrors, and the windshield was cracked. There was also possibly a cracked exhaust manifold. Although there were other issues, I stressed that passing inspection was foremost. Fluid changes were also needed. Bob stated that he'd have me a quote by Monday or Tuesday. Not having heard anything, I called late Monday afternoon. They only gave me a vague answer about waiting on parts. Tuesday afternoon, I checked again. They said they couldn't get parts. I asked about what specific parts, probably 4 times, because they kept giving vague answers. They finally mentioned a roof ladder. Somehow, I'm sure it would pass inspection without a roof ladder. I asked about what was needed to pass inspection, and they said they'd have to call me back, which they did. They gave very vague info, but ultimately just said they couldn't get parts. So, I came and picked up my RV, only to discover that my RV had not moved from where I had parked it. I had to wonder if they had even looked at it, at all. In fairness, they did not charge me for doing nothing, but a week had been wasted. If they couldn't get parts, why not say so? The guy who checked me out seemed familiar with the RV, but when I wasked why not do the inspection, he only gave me a vague answer that all his guys were busy, and it'd cost too much. Liar! Inspection costs are set. He further stated that he didn't want to do that, if they weren't doing the work. That sortof made sense. Also, they couldn't do a fluid change? Meanwhile, I called around to find another shop. It wouldn't be another 2 weeks until they could get me in, but they laughed about parts availability issues. So, knowing nothing about RVs, and this being my first RV, I went looking for parts. Parts are readily available. Lights, mirrors, ladders, exhaust hangers. Oh, and the exhaust manifold is not cracked. It took me about 15 minutes to find and order the needed parts online. The parts came in, and are certainly as good as factory. I replaced the lights, hung the exhaust, installed the mirrors, etc, myself. I haven't called to get the windshield replaced, yet, but I believe it will pass inspection, once the windshield has been replaced. I'm no mechanic, and have never previously worked on an RV, but the hardest thing, so far, was replacing a high-beam headlight. My conclusion is that Complete RV just did not want to bother. The parts they said they could not find were clearly read off the work order, and never looked up, at all. Complete obviously lied to me, repeatedly. I further noticed that there seems to be a complete disconnect between the RV side, the automotive side, and the front desk. It is possible that Complete was just totally incompetent, and did not know how to find parts, but a simple search was all that was needed. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Complete. Had they just been honest enough to state up front that they did not know anything about working on older RVs, or that they did not want my business, or whatever, that would have been fine--but that did not happen; instead, they chose to lie to me and waste a week of my time. There is still work to be done. The AC compressor is seized. I do not do AC work. The engine does still run rich, although much better after I cleaned the carb.

Be careful, they will mislead you on pricing. I brought my '07 Damon Challenger in with a front end vibration and told them it was probably wheel balance but to check the alignment. I also needed some safety inspections. They told me the wheel balance was $35 per tire and the safety inspections were $24. They ended up charging me for almost 3 hours of labor - .8 hours for "checking alignment" and 2 hours for "Front End DIO". So $336 just to tell me that I didn't need an alignment. Final bill was $594 for safety inspections and to have 2 wheels balanced. "Safe travels" Complete RV.

This place is great. The employees are wonderful. Got a nail in my tire, and had it fixed the same day. Back on the road.

I do not recommend this place. They denied my inspection and tried to give me a list of stuff I needed at a huge price. I took it to a Midas and they passed it no question. They just want your money and will tell you things that your vehicle doesn't need.

We were hard-down due to an engine coolant leak whose source was unknown. We were in transit on our way through town anxious to get back east. Matt, of Complete Car & RV Repair, gave us an appointment the next day. Not only did they isolate the leak via pressurizing the system, but they found the pinhole leak caused by the tranny dip stick tube rubbing against the heater hose. They replaced the bad hose with a section of rigid tubing that will no longer wear by friction. Bottom line, we were out of there within 5 hours fully repaired. I drove the coach all day today verifying the fix. PS. They also have a very dog-friendly lobby plus a dog park. (and a talking parrot!)

Proud assholes have a sign on their gender neutral bathroom that lets you know they do not allow transgender people to use their bathroom. When reached for comment the owners repeatedly call you coward and harass you through social media. Cute.

Business cruelly posts a sign stating "There are no Transgender Bathrooms" on the door of the single public bathroom available on the premise. Don't give your business to these people.

This business posts a sign on their sole bathroom door boasting "no transgender bathrooms." Ridiculous, unnecessary, transphobic aggression. Please do not give them your business.
