I have had numerous dealings with this branch of Chicago Title both with real estate closings and construction escrow accounts. They have always been professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this title company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Use any other title company but this one. If you are forced to use Chicago Title Company, make sure Lori Kovac is not your escrow supervisor. She has zero ability to perform simple tasks to help customer. Unwilling and incapable.
