So thankful for the great customer service between three ladies working when I visited to place an online order and purchase from the store. Each one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. The stores was very clean and organized!

Have been visiting here a lot lately as we're furnishing a new home. The manager, Lindsey, is very nice and sets a friendly, helpful tone for everyone else there. Have been looking for some special buys and Lindsey and staff have worked hard to find us what we need. It's so much more personable here than in the bigger units at Woodfield or Oak Brook. Great experience every time.

Undoubtedly the worst pottery barn store in the area. I recently bought a lamp from the Pottery Barn Outlet in Aurora (they are great there) and was looking for the matching lampshade. This store had 4-5 of these lampshades on the floor marked with separate price tags for purchase. There was also a sign that said I can purchase any lampshade to bring home with me today. However, the manager let me know repeatedly that I can only purchase one if I order it through the store and pay the $12.99 shipping fee. Wasted an hour of my time.

I just created wedding registry here but now I’m literally pulling it to go to crate a barrel. I went into the store to check out the items I added on my registry and anything I missed. I went in with a pony tail and gym clothes. The women that worked there were sure greeting people that were dressed up but did not even look at me say hi smile ask if I needed help or anything. I feel like it was cause how I was dressed. Which they know nothing about me but I’m sure I make more money than each of them lol but this was a whole lot more than just being busy they weren’t busy they were leaning on the register gossiping etc. anyways I will never be caught dead supporting a business with such poor bias. Also after looking at their products ie the wicker line for the bathroom and the 400 count bed sheets and 279$ comforter—everything was garbage compared to crate and barrel.

Have been in this store 4 times in 2 weeks. Re-doing a bedroom. Ready to drop a big chunk of $. Not one time was I greeted nor asked if I needed help or any questions answered. Will be ordering from another store

We shopped at the Pottery Barn outlet store in Aurora over the weekend. Mary Beth was a delight and provided excellent customer service.

Customer service at this location is subpar. Have been circling the store 20 minutes now waiting for an associate to become available for an order pickup.

GO ELSEWHERE- POTTERY BARN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY DELIVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR YOU. HOME DEPOT, MENARDS, LOWES - All better than this place. #PotteryBarn can give a flying leap about you or the product they deliver. 2 hours on the phone with customer service and the “best” they could offer me is a $148 merchandise credit. NOT WHITE GLOVE- NOT REPUTABLE- NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Shame on you #potterybarn. Shame.on.You.

I read the past reviews and I must say I was surprised at the low rating. I have visited here on multiple occasions and it's always positive. They are the friendliest group! Lindsey and Kathy helped my husband and I with such kindness. They spent a lot of time helping me decorate a wall in my home. They didn't have what we wanted in store so they helped us order online and ship to our house. I'll be back to buy even more soon. I need those lanterns in my life!! Thanks ladies for your time.

The staff has always welcomed me and treated me nice. Most don't know i have a living room full of there furniture so that is not why. I love this store. Always nice and clean and beautifully decorated. They are very helpful . I highly recommend this store and hope it always stays. Thank you everyone.
