This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

Wonderful ladies at this store! I'm closer to Algonquin but was not impressed with the reviews, so I decided to come here though further away, and I'm glad I did!Beautiful store in a really nice shopping enclave with super pleasant and helpful sales girls. :)

Came right before Christmas, it was busy but Amelia was very helpful and was able to show me a necklace and bracelet that matched really well and I feel like my fiance will be happy :)
