“I brought my son’s car in after taking it elsewhere to get tires (that company directed me to Suburban) due to an issue that was found during the alignment process. The service at Suburban Tire was wonderful. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, kind and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make sure the car was taken care of properly, including catching and repairing a mistake that was made when we took it to the dealership to get the brakes and rotors done a few months ago. I sure wish we had known about Suburban Tire then. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future should we need service.”
“Got in on a Wednesday morning without making an appointment for an estimate on my exhaust. They installed an exhaust sleeve and I was out of there in an hour. Good friendly service and efficient, quality work. They also allowed me to look under the car before doing anything. Always a good sign.”
“It was my the greatest auto repairing experience for my Acura repairing in Farnsworth Auto. The manager, Chris has the most customer service skills and showed how he care his customer like me. During my 2 days dropped my car in his auto shop, he picked and dropped my car twice from my home because I need my car to take my 4 years old daughter from school everyday at 3:00 PM. The repairing job he has done is excellent with reasonable price, and I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone who would like to experience their services. “These guys have been taking care of my cars for a number of years now. Always helpful. Matt and other front desk guys are friendly and courteous. They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". And they try to help me keep costs down for things like the new tires I bought last fall. Allen is a superb auto tech and is very thorough and meticulous. Will be bringing my yellow "Bumblebee" to them in the future.”

“I could write a novella about the situation my husband and I found ourselves in with our car, but in short, I had to arrange the tow and the fix from Istanbul while my husband, whose English isn't very good, made his way back to the States. Suffice it to say, Wendy and the mechanic were amazing while I was trying to orchestrate everything, find the keys the tow truck driver lost somewhere in the car (still haven't found them), get the car started, etc. from a few thousand miles away. They couldn't have been more helpful or patient or friendly! Thanks again for all your help!!”
