Marcus and his team were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They provided information that I found very beneficial as this was the first time I have had air ducts cleaned. Everything was done efficiently and tidy. I am very pleased with my choice to use MTV Air Duct Cleaning!

I needed 2 chimneys cleaned and inspected since my parents never bothered to have them cleaned. I messaged and called MTV to inquire about prices and availability.I was called back and messaged within 2 minutes, scheduled an appointment, and was even given a discounted rate of $300 for 2 chimneys.Upon arriving at my parents house I noticed the chimney was sparkling, I had forgotten how it truly looked when this clean. They also provided my parents with a grate, very kind of them.I can absolutely say I am very impressed and thankful I ran into this company. I now know who to refer people too

We hired MTV for a chimney inspection/cleaning around Thanksgiving. Marcus and his son (sorry I don't remember his name!) came over and did a fantastic job on our chimney. The previous homeowners hadn't had the chimney cleaned in a while and this was evidenced by the crazy amount of soot that was sucked out. Both our MTV friends were super professional, quick and courteous enough to inspect an additional fireplace we had, which we couldn't identify as a gas, wood or electric fireplace for no cost. Marcus also gave us tips on how to keep the fireplace clean ourselves and provided some creosote sticks free of charge. I also believe MTV is family-run which is always a plus for us! Will definitely be using their service again and highly recommend MTV to everyone!

Marcus and his team worked on two properties for me. The first needed some cleaning due to some issues we were having with an old style heater. He looked into the vent to find that there was soot build up that he was ultimately able to leave nice and clean.The second property was my own home. The ducts had never been cleaned before, but he took his time to clean all the ducts and to our surprise, the ducts were in major need of a cleaning.The MTV team was very professional and curtious when entering and existing the properties. After what I've seen, this is a must for home owners to ensure that your home is not only clean but to extend the life of your heating and cooling system.I know who to call next season.

I moved into my new condo and had no idea what kind of shape the fireplace would be in. I didn't know what to expect or if the previous owner had kept up the maintenance on it. The technician came out as scheduled. He was polite, answered my questions and was cleanup was great . He could have easily told me I needed unnecessary repairs but he was very honest. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them for any future services for my fireplace. Excellent service!!!

Made an appointment for a chimney sweep and was told they would come between 3-5 pm on 11/2 which was about 2 weeks away . They emailed and texted reservation confirmations before the date scheduled to which I responded to and confirmed . Then a little after 3pm on the appointment date they called and cancelled my appointment and said they would call to reschedule . I have yet to hear back .

The ducts are the lungs of your home. I hired MTV for a duct cleaning and chimney sweep as I had never used the fireplace in my home. Not only was their pricing model so reasonable, but they also did an outstanding job. The importance of clean ducts is something most people don't think about until they find themselves coughing, sneezing, or other symptoms of allergies caused by dirty air. Throughout the cleaning process, Marcus showed me exactly what we had been breathing in consistently. I value my lungs and realize how important it is stay on top of this maintenance. MTV is professional and honest and straight forward. Their prices are reasonable. Don't get fooled into hiring some company from Groupon that advertises this service for $79. You get what you pay for, and with MTV, you get a quality and professional job done correctly.

I hired MTV for a dryer vent cleaning. Their quoted rate was lower than competitors, and I decided to give them a shot in spite of not having many reviews. Scheduling was easy, and all was done over email. Responses were prompt. I like that they had a flat rate and didn't nickel and dime based on length or location. The team showed up on schedule and had all tools for the job. My dryer was on second floor and vented through the attic. They went up there, and took apart the vent to clean it. They found a birds nest and removed a garbage bags worth of lint. They wore masks (COVID) and shoe coverings and cleaned up any lint as much as they could. They did a great job. Only areas for possible improvement would be to use a scope camera for inspection (these are available pretty cheap online now) or a fan to measure airflow, and a vacuum with a better brush to lift lint from surfaces.
