Worst bank of all time. Bank of America will hold your deposited checks for two weeks before clearing them even though the person writing the check has cleared it. 3 checks in a row I have deposited and each one takes nearly two weeks to deposit. No other bank I've heard of does this. Also the bank teller said it would only be 2-3 days and lied. Have had nothing but problems with this bank I'll be switching banks once my checks clear

Slow service. The worst hours. When I went in I was told to come back the teller was out for lunch. Bank of America keeps closing their banks hard to fine one near our home. I think its time to move my money.

Slowest bank imaginable. Takes well over 20 minutes in the drive up even if you are the only car. When you drive by the windows you can see multiple employees just sitting there drinking coffee and chatting with face masks off. You would think they would get their *** up and help the other employees but no. Typical "fake" bankers working "hard" for their 40k. Keep up the terrible work.

Quite simply--customers are a major inconvenience at this bank! Run away! They'll actually never know because you can't get anyone on the phone and the lines in the one drive thru or the deposit line inside--it's amazing they stay in business. Simply awful customer service.

Worst service ever. No one greeted me when I walked in. No smile no eye contact. 10 min just waiting in line with only one Teller. Manager walked right past me numerous times and didn't even blink. It took them almost 20 min to verify my signiture. They said it was because I hadn't written any other checks in the past 30 days to compare my signiture to. I hardly ever write checks but when I do it is at the bank for cash. I totally understand the importance of confirming who I am. But the way they went about it was just rude! I've pulled much larger amounts out of this bank before with out them even blinking. Most of this review was written while still standing in line waiting.

Understaffed!!!! Waited in line over 15 minutes while one teller helped a customer. 5 people left the line due to the wait. I finally left after 20 minutes

Was next door and needed some quarters. They wouldn't change bills to a roll of quarters without an account. Guess they don't want potential new customers.
