“As a resident of the Chicago area, I've been wanting to have our home tap water tested for lead. Suburban Labs was one of several laboratories recommended by our city as being certified, or whatnot. After checking out several websites of the labs listed, I found that Suburban's website was the easiest to navigate and easiest from which to order a test kit. As of today, their home lead testing fee is fifty dollars. I may add a followup review after going through the testing process and receiving our results...”

“The staff at Doctor's Data are extraordinary. They go the extra mile to help you find the best testing for your practice and explain results for best treatment results. Additionally they provide NDs to review your saliva and urine testing and answer your questions. Our practice has enjoyed a relationship with this lab for over ten years and highly recommend their service.”

“Oh my gosh, what an amazingly smooth and fast process! If you're an anxious over-planner like me, I'm writing this review for you (and also for this business which deserves the praise). I checked in at 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment, and I was literally back sitting in my car by 9:48. They are so organized!I had an order for bloodwork from my doctor so I googled places near me and landed on this Labcorp location. I scheduled online, which was super well-designed and easy to do. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning; perfect, since I needed to be fasting. This Labcorp shares a building with another organization, but it's all very well marked. The parking lot is ample and the door clearly says Labcorp on the glass. Inside, there are quite a few signs with arrows and clear instructions to follow which will take you to the suite where Labcorp is located. I've never been here before and I had zero issue navigating to the right place. I worry about these things LOL but this was perfect.Inside the office, there were two digital check-in kiosks. That was also super easy to use. It scans your license/ID and pulls up all the patient + appointment info that you already entered when you scheduled. They'd texted me a QR code to scan for check-in but I never ended up needing that. After the check-in, I sat down and the kind woman at the front desk called me to take my paper order from my doctor. I also provided my card to pay and signed the form for that. They had run my insurance and given me a detailed amount that I would pay.A moment later I was called back and given clear instructions on exactly where to go and what to do. The woman who took my blood was amazing; I'm sad I didn't get her name to give her full credit in this review. She mentioned I had a small vein (not in a negative way) and even that didn't cause her a MOMENT of delay as she got in with the accuracy of a sniper haha.I was done in like 60 seconds and it wasn't painful at all, she was an absolute pro at what she does. And she was very sweet! She explained I'd hear back in 3-5 days and they'd send the results to my doctor who requested them, and I was on my way. And by the way, there were signs confirming that they sanitize everything between patients and the whole office seemed super clean to me.Like I said I was back in my car just a few minutes after walking into the building. I will absolutely come back here for my routine bloodwork next year. Thank you!!”

“I've been here twice and had great customer service. One time the person taking my blood did not have my order. They worked hard and finally found it. They could have sent me to the back of the line or told me to call my doctor back.Another time, my doctor did not indicate a on the order a specific test I wanted one. The people here at Quest in Batavia got it added and I did not have to go back to my doctor.Yes, the place is dated but I really don't need it to look like a 5 star hotel with large fake plants to get my blood drawn. Both times I waited under five minutes. I did have an appointment that was easy to set up online.”

“There are mixed reviews for this location so I was very skeptical about coming here. However, they took me in even without an appointment and were very kind and friendly. Thank you!”

“I have used this immediate care location twice in two months and received the best care I could ask for. Members of my family have also used this location as well as other immediate care locations and this is now our go-to, although we hope to not need it. The providers were thorough and accurate. The support staff is kind and clear. They couldn’t see me one day but recommended what to do the next morning. In one case I was VERY sick and was helped very quickly. It’s been a very rough cold/flu season and they have helped us enormously.”

“We live in Bartlett but still drive to this location for Immediate Care needs for our 3 year old and 10 month old because they go above and beyond every time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experiences with their team. My 3 year old had 104 fever and we brought him in and he was smiling and laughing the whole time thanks to Francesca and Bridget. He also LAUGHED when getting the respiratory panel done because Francesca told him she had to "tickle his boogers and see if there were Teddy Grahams" in his nose. He has screamed every other time they've done it elsewhere. It is such a plus when staff knows how to work with children. If you have kids, come to this location and avoid Bartlett at all costs!! Thank you so much to the team here for taking care of my baby!”

“Won’t lie- after reading the reviews, I was very nervous taking my 5 year old to be seen- receptionist was decent enough, not the friendliest (no smile or how can we help you etc) but they got us into the system/ checked in quickly w no issues so that was wonderful! And the dr we saw (dr Shatat) was so sweet/helpful! We were in & out and my son is on the mend.”

“It wasn't the most organized, but they got the job done! I made an appointment the night before for 8:30am. I got there and learned they weren't opening doors until 8:45am and not honoring appointments. I waited outside in line for about an hour and 45 mins while my sister waited in the car with my babies. They took in 6 people at a time. Once inside it was very quick! I swabbed myself and my 1 year old twins and 3 year old. We did both rapid and PCR. They said PCR results would be emailed. Haven't received anything yet. This place is good if you have the time to wait.”
