I absolutely adore Violet, Curtis, Courtney and Katie!! They make Mario Tricocci Geneva IL feel like home.
Requested style: I went in with long, blonde hair looking for a change. I came out with shoulder-length hair that was brown with purple and rose gold highlights. My hair felt so healthy and looked exactly like the picture I took with me. It was such a great experience, I would recommend my "team" to anyone!!

I have never been more confident in the way my hair looks! Pam and Curtis were both very kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous about getting a balayage because my last stylist at a different location really messed up my hair. Pam worked with the photo I showed her and customized the color and style to best fit me while still looking similar. She made sure that the balayage was everything I wanted, and it came out perfect! When it was time for my haircut afterwards with Curtis, I asked for 90s styled layers. Curtis perfectly mapped out the layers to look beautiful with the shape of my face. He gave me a blowout, and taught me how to use my curling iron to get those perfect instagram beach waves that everybody loves. I am overall very happy and impressed with the services at Mario Tricoci. Thank you all so much!

I called Mario Tricoci today to make an appointment for my hair to be washed and dried. I had just had knee replacement surgery so I needed a little help. I was quoted $60 and told them I thought that was high for just a wash and dry. They asked me to hang on while they checked with their manager. She then came back on line and said $25. We went right over and Kathryn washed and dried my hair. I asked my husband to tip her $10. We went up to the cashier with Kathryn following. The cashier said our price was on the screen it said $60. I told them that we had been quoted $25 they said no it was $60. This was obviously a bait and switch. We will never again go there and will let as many people as we can to not go there too.

Terrible experience. Not only did my hair look horrible & I cried when I got to my car, they also somehow didn't see my name in their system. I had a new account with no appointment (appointment was made on my old account) so they let me just walk in. Then they charged me a no show fee of $160 even though I just gave them almost $300. I have tried to get in touch with the manager 3 times and they refuse to speak to me. This is genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Sandra ruined my daughters Birthday. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter wanted to get her hair cut a new style with her 21st birthday coming up. She had long, beautiful thick hair and wanted a shoulder length or slightly longer lob. She left the salon literally in tears, as her hair was a chin length bob, and it’s not even in the back.I can’t get her to stop crying. Whatever you do, do NOT have SANDRA cut you hair. I don’t know if she realizes wet hair gets shorter when it dries or what. Maybe she just didn’t care. I believe you should always leave a salon feeling beautiful and she left feeling terrible.

My daughter wanted to get balayage in red brown but the final result was too red ,so she called Mario Tricoci and they scheduled for a color fix. We are here for a color fox right now and Emily(the colorist) is really amazing she didn't show any attitude , she asked my daughter what results she was looking for and started working on it right away happily. I would to more that 5 stars to Emily at Geneva branch.
