However, one of the girls had a rude tone and told me to use the kiosk next time, even though the guy helping me literally offered to take my return right next to her. Plus, I had a question anyway.”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
