Been Banned! Please have diversity training on how to deal with Autistic customers. I have had the worst shopping experience with the assistant manager at your store. She banned me. Autistic people ask a lot of questions for clarity. It's not that we don't understand, it's that we have keen hearing and perception and mentally chart everything. We are direct, which may make it appear that we are rude. Things are black and white, we don't talk or live in the gray. If you contradict yourself, we will clarify what is accurate. If there are discrepancies we feel misled and lied to. We also have boundaries that we sometimes have to put in place. We can feel attacked, unsafe, and anxious when people get annoyed, interrupt and talk over us. I told her (asst mgr) I was getting frustrated and felt she was being argumentative. I also told her that I would like to interact with the manager who knew the details of my issue. Me being direct seemed to upset her more. She continued to address me and not respect my request. I didn't want to talk to her anymore because the back and forth with her was making me overstimulated. One thing I know for sure is, if she was the one asking for me to deal with someone else, I would have had no other option. I wanted that same respect. As I was leaving the store she sarcastically says "Have a nice day!" I responded "You have a nice f*cking day" at which she said I was banned. Which I then said "cancel my order." You can't gaslight and poke the bear and expect them to respond with pleasantries. Also, make sure she understands that 50% off is not the same as 30% off plus another 20% on top of that. $10x.50= $5 $10x.30=$7x.20=$5.60

Our experience was great! We walked in the store and someone was available to assist us right away. Jenni was patient with us and answered all of our questions. She also sent us all the details via email while we decided what we wanted to do.

Sam was a great help. She explained all of the options and showed us how the furniture can be configured easily. When we made our final Decision, after trying the fabric swatches at home, she helped us place our order over the phone. She even made sure we got all of the discounts we were entitled to. No hard sell; just awesome customer service.

Sheika was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Ordered our Lovesac pieces on Saturday, with a one to two week delivery window, and we are already scheduled to have them delivered today (Wednesday!) Excellent service. If the quality of our order matches the service we’ve had so far, we will be very satisfied. Also, the Geneva showroom is larger than some of the others in the area.

I was walking around Geneva commons with my friends and when I tried to go into mattress firm to do some loitering, the lady kicked me out immediately but when I came in here the lady at the desk let me feel the beanbags and loiter for a while. Lovesac W, mattressfirm L

The saleswomen were very helpful! They answered all of our questions and helped us with choosing fabric and configurations. We ordered our couch and it should get here in around 2 weeks. It was a great experience!
