Hadn’t been here in awhile and they changed the check in setup which makes more sense now. You use to have to park on the street wherever you found a spot and walk what felt like a mile to check in at a booth by the gate. Trucks parked on both sides which created a cluster #%*#The booth is gone and they have about 20 spots for staging. You use the QR code to check in and wait for a call from the office. If you work for a company that you can drop they will make you stage it in a dock door and the yard jockey brings you an empty from the back. Drivers no longer go to the back lot.

Honest to God, based on everybody's review. This place wasn't so bad. Everybody was very friendly, very helpful. It's just a massive pain in the butt to get here!! Just be sure to read your signs. Scan the QR code with your smartphone to check in. Follow the arrows & park in the staging area. You shouldn't have any problems. No jerk guards to harass you!

No complaints at all. I've been here 2 times to deliver in the last month, and both times I was in and out in under 2 hours. One of the times was 4 hours early. Enter at gate 3, park in the staging area (they do enforce that), scan the QR code to check in, and wait for a call. Super simple and easy. You will need a smartphone with a data plan to check in.

Checked in 11:45am for my 12:00pm appointment. Two doors were given both had other trucks backed up. Finally got a door but still waiting for +4 hrs just to get loaded.PS: Brokers appointment was 5:00AM, but i booked the load at 11:00AM, Lineage charged the broker for late fee which is 103$, but still punishing me for brokers late issues repeatedly saying you’re late you’re late which is stupid. It’s only 6 pallets and I’m already late for thé delivery because of Lineage. Avoid working with them if you’re aware of the original appointment time.Rude, stubborn and disrespectful lady at the check in window. Real Karen right there.

Use QR CODE to check in. (See photos)Enter at Gate 3 far west side of the building.Park in a numbered spot in the staging area. (Last 3 are for drop and hook).Excellent employees. Follow directions, and things go smooth.Unload times 1-4 hours depending on product and count.

It was live load for me … it was suppose to be a drop n hook but I came early at 13:00 just to check if it was ready but it wasn’t so I took my 10 here and creeped my way to my door at as soon as they had me checked in but they didn’t start on my trailer until my appt. 20:30. Then they took 2hr to Load me and got ppw and once my 10 was completed I left from door . They have signs on the office saying No overnight at staging or street ….. so far I haven’t seen anyone park on street … I used to but now the street is cleared so I guess do it at your own risk.

(Delivery) - Arrived 1/2 hr late for a 16:30 - Guiseppe was very kind and helpful with check-in, and the forklift operator with the great ink was super pleasant, even sharing a tip on nearby parking. Despite late arrival, I was unloaded, paperwork in hand in well under 2 hours. Truck staging area is at far end of lot, and clearly marked. Take note of which space you park in. Scan QR code to check in, and once assigned a door, someone will be out to break seal, chock wheels and lock air line. No red/green lights - they will let you know when empty. Facility is easy to find, with room enough to maneuver, and there's a restroom in the traffic office. Great humans work here - thank you, guys!

Dropped off here checked in at 10:20 they had me in a door in less then five min. They came out cut the seal and started unloading in under 15 of my arrival was gone within 1 hours 3 hours before my scheduled appointment

Appointment time 4pm. It's now 8pm. Checked in using their link from the qr code. It said to call them of you don't hear back in 30 minutes. Called and can't get a hold of anyone. If I was a owner operator I would have left already. Atleast communicate to the driver what is going on. Its supposed to be a drop and hook. Should have been in and out on 20 minutes. Drop my empty and pick up the pre loaded trailer.

This is my 4th time coming here but 1st time since the covid outbreak of 2020. Parking along the street used to be the normal routine then check in at the guard shack. But now it's done online using a QR CODE. It's easy to do I guess but I tried calling the number under it and whoever is supposed to answer sent me straight to the after hours answering machine and it was 10am when I attempted this call. Onsite parking is allowed but there are only 15spots for early arrival. 2 spots are hindered by the grass island opposite of them but still are manageable if you know how to 90 back.The area that used to be corn field across the street is now 2 huge empty bldgs. The construction for them is now complete. And guess what I'm gonna do...you guessed it.. I'm gonna park along the street again. But I'm gonna be careful not to block the new driveway of the new bldgs at the end of the road. I don't care if this new complex opposite lineage is here..lineage has been here longer and I respect them more. So I say make the new BLDG owners across the street miserable..park on the street like I have done so many times before..then park onsite to check in when space is available.

It our first time being here, there is a barcode to check in. We got there 8:30 our appointment was 9:00 they called us to go to a door and started at 8:45 unloading us they got done 9:40 so our experience was good..

If you are picking up any load for ASSOCIATED WHOLESALE, 6401 8TH AVE, SAINT CLOUD, MN 56301. Cancel that load. I waited 15 hours to get empty. Don’t go to this place

Second time I've been here. Both visits I docked quickly but the loading process is as slow as molasses. Trucks enter gate 3 scan the QR code and fill out check in paperwork. They will contact you. Luckily the lady at the front desk was nice as hell. I think her name is Megan! She's the only reason they got stars from me :)

Nice and polite staff, they started check in online and put no parking sign on street maybe bcoz of new construction of warehouses in the area, so you’ve to park in staging area bcoz they ask for parking number while check in, you’ve to scan the barcode posted everywhere and do check in online they’ll call you to confirm you’re check in.Overall good experience my appointment was 7:30 am but I reached and checked in 20:00 pm, they give me door at 4:05am and out by 5am.Thanks guys ??
