Workers are fine, everyone in my party had suit issues that needed fixed. My suit had a previous stain. $270 for all this. I’m sure they will respond to this review trying to discredit it.

I was referred to this location for our wedding tux rentals and rave reviews. The suits we rented looked amazing on the wedding day. However, I was VERY disappointed by the customer service of this location specifically. We were told by the rental manager, Susan, if we rented 5 suits, the groom would get a $250 credit to use at the store. When we went to pick up our suit months later, they told us we did not get the $250 credit because we did not rent ties. We rented 9 suits total through this company. In addition, a few of the suits were VERY off in sizing (like 2-3 sizes too big). It seemed like it was someone else's suit. Some suits were missing pocket squares, and the cufflinks were broken when taken out of the bag. My dad did not get his suit until the DAY BEFORE the wedding and the jacket was completely wrong. Thank goodness for Linda driving out to our house the night of the rehearsal dinner to drop off the correct jacket.
The store did a great job fixing the problems, but these problems should not have happened in the first place.

First time at Jos A. Bank, made me a believer and a customer for life. Todd was incredible, he helped me with sizing, style, budget and was extremely knowledgeable. If you haven’t been to Jos A. Bank, I highly recommend going. Also, had an amazing selection of mens clothes in addition to suits. Great fit, function, quality, and pricing.

We will NEVER shop at the Geneva location of Jo's A. Bank again! We specifically drove to the Geneva location to purchase several dress shirts and a couple of slacks. 4 employees were in the store. My husband and I were the only customers in the store. We asked several questions to find specific items. Our questions were answered with quick replies or pointing in the direction of where we might find an item. No one offered to help us find a size, color, etc. It was as if they could not be bothered or they had more important things to do (then to have a few hundred dollars sale). After 35 min of RUDE/NO service, we decided to just walk out and leave the clothes on the counter. I won't be surprised if this location closes soon. It is so hard to find good help these days!

We went in looking for a pocket square (who knew they would be so hard to find?) and received excellent customer service from Renee? Can't remember exactly, but she tought us several ways to fold a pocket square, helped us choose the right color, AND directed us to the clearance section.So we bought 5. And she was funny/pleasant to talk to while he shopped.We also learned about the custom suit service.We will be back at the Geneva location next time we have an event.
