Ordered new windows and doors, windows came and got installed , front door was late finally showed up months late and was very poorly made , order new door arrived after 7 months , came to install with two doors both the wrong size, have been waiting for 4 months for an update no one responds to calls or emails or if they do , we get the we’re call you right back. Terrible service and very disappointed.

What a bunch of incompetent people working at Home Depot.com. Ordered a Bosh refrigerator. Noticed on the confirmation email that they had the wrong address. Called to make the change the day after the order. Called two week later to confirm. Receive delivery notice that they were coming this Saturday. Yep, still wrong address so I called. I was told correct address in the system. Saturday AM had the old refrigerator sold and picked up. All food in coolers on ice packs. Driver for delivery company calls. Yep, wrong address and he can't deliver as per company policy. Called HD and they said nothing they can do until Monday. I will cancel the order and NEVER order from HD AGAIN.

One of the best Home Depots I've gotten to shop at. The staff is smart, knowledgeable, and everyone is always in a great mood! I feel like that's rare nowadays, but glad to see everyone here really takes pride in their work I've been here about 19 times since we moved a few months ago and will probably be back another 19 over the next month.... Will keep coming back to this great location if things remain how they are today!

This is a solid Home Depot. My husband, father in law, and I have visited about 1000 times in the past few months we've been home owners haha! The store is clean and well stocked. There is various Covid safety precautions throughout the store as well. The staff here is knowledgeable and available to help. They're HAPPY to help. I realize this isn't always the case at other locations and we really appreciate it. Recently, we visited to get supplies for a fence we were building. We purchased everything from here including: treated lumber, auger rental, concrete, buckets, etc. Associates offered us help each time with all of our supplies. I'm talking heavy lifting help and everyone kept a smile. We're happy to support this store and with all of our additional home projects, you know we'll be back!

I just canceled the last order I will ever place at this store. Today, an older gentleman in the paint department racially profiled one of my dearest friends. I will be giving my business to Lowes from this point on.

Impossible to get help. Literally. Associates walk by, head down, never asking "May I help you?" Someone finally paged that I need help, I waited in the aisle, no one came. Off to Ace Hardware I go.....sad.

I buy most of my home remodeling tools and materials from this location Prices can sometimes be a little higher but I often find some bargain prices I was at the garden section today and saw a lot of plants half off . A gentleman who was there was very helpful helping me choose stuff

What a joke, first went to doors and windows to purchase and have installed 2 doors. No chairs to sit down on while placing a order of course team members had chairs ,I am disabled and standing is painful they said it was due to COVID not sure what my A** has to do with that. So next day they sent out someone to measure who called before hand complaining that he has stops in Barrington, Oswego, and Plano. So he arrived at my house and starts waving his tape measure shaking his head with every measure. I finally ask him what's wrong oh this opening is supposed to be 36 inches and it's 35 and 6/8ths and the height is supposed to be 80 inches but it's 80 and 1/4th and the threshold is to short. The door is prehung so what's the problem your a carpenter right? Oh this is a custom install now and it will cost you more money, what !!!!! Get the f.. out of here ! So my business and money will go elsewhere

I am renovating a dated wet bar area and needed some help. I called and got connected to the kitchen department and Karen Zeller picked up. Karen truly went the extra mile. She needed to check something before scheduling me with a designer and went out of her way to do so. I then was scheduled to meet with Kathy Jacobsma who was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She too was more than accommodating when I showed up a day later with a different take on my project. I will be ordering my cabinets this week and will use this department and location for years to come. A+++

called before purchase of new john deere tractor. Was told it was in stock. So I purchased it online for pick up the next day. Order and pick up day were confirmed online. Next morning home depot calls and says its not in stock. So I ask for manager. Manager says its in stock. But can not pick up for atleast a week. When I complained manager says too bad call 1800 home depot and hangs up on me. Worst service I have ever experienced. This store should be shut down until decent employees an be hired. Do not shop here. You will regret it.

The Home Depot (2111 S Randall Rd, Geneva, IL) stated on May 9th, 2020 that they are not accepting ANY price match, which directly contradicts their corporate policy and the multiple signs posted in their own store. This came directly from the PRO desk manager, who stated the store manager initiated this policy. Reason? COVID-19. This doesn't make any sense.

They are not requiring employees to wear masks. Impossible to shop there now. I am boycotting due to unsafe health practices and lack of concern for customer safety!!

Had to wait in line. No protection from the weather. If they are going to limit the amount of people in stores then put a temporary canopy so people can stand under until they wait there turn to enter The store.

I spent $5000 on a wood floor for my basement. They delivered the items today but refused to bring them to the basement. The wood planks need to be on the first floor prior to installation by Home depot so that it can adjust to the temperature and the humidity. No one told me prior to delivery that I would have to place the order in the basement. I called the Geneva Home Depot and all I got was an I'm sorry you should have been told. I called Home Depot 800 Customer Service and was promised a phone call by the supervisor which never happened. Either your installers will bring it to the basement or the items will be returned and I will bring my business to Menards and Builders Square. Home Depot's customer service used to be second to none. Now it is horrible.
