As far as antiques go this stuff is for beginners. Low quality type vintage items. It’s just not my style. I honestly didn’t see anything I would even take for free. I’m sure there are people that would like some of this stuff, but it’s just not for me.

This antique market is in a great location, located on the lower level of the Berry House, on 3rd St. There are several rooms with different displays, mostly books, old records, knick knacks, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items. The date of my visit was in June, of 2021, and the statewide mask ordinance was still in place. This older woman manager, behind the counter was loudly complaining about the "scamdemic", & how she hated being forced to wear a mask. She only had a face shield on, with no mask underneath. She was rude, & abrupt with a customer that had questions about some glassware. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without, so I left. The manager's rude attitude put me off, as well. The jewelry, (and other items) looked like they had been sitting in a hoarder's closet, for years on end, kind of junky looking. I've seen more appealing vintage items at flea markets.

Houses the Coffee Drop Shop, which I have been patronizing for more than 20 years. Best coffee in metro Chicago! I regularly purchase several flavors of their whole bean coffees and have highly recommended this store to many. My daily brews are my guilty pleasures!

Pixies on Main is a store within this store. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Pixies on Main is my most favorite store in town!! Whimsical items to unique purses. Everyone will find something! Did I say I love this place?

Good place to shop. Lots of interesting stuff like comic books and old model cars. One complaint is I get tired of seeing them sell so many record albums. Keep that stuff to the music stores.

Great place to browse. Have huge collections of Hardy Boys and Nancy Drews, so we visit frequently bc my son is obsessed w the Hardy Boys. Some of the employees can be a little pushy about directing you to their stalls or trying to switch out a book from their stall for one you picked up elsewhere, which I don't like...hence the lost star. But overall, great place and great people!
