Stopped in just to browse. Found a dress that I liked and tried it on. The owner or employee of the store asked me how I was doing and I told her the dress didn't look as expected. She brought me three other dresses that she thought I would like. I'm glad she did because I normally won't spend $100 and up on a dress for myself. I really liked one of her suggestions so I purchased it. I was happy there was a 20 percent off sale. The dress ended up being $140 but I think I'll get enough wears from it making it worth it. They were so helpful with their recommendations and letting me know their thoughts on which dress was the best for me to buy. I didn't feel pushed into buying either.Can't wait to come again in the future to see new arrivals!

This boutique has the NICEST owner and the cutest clothes! We find all the best Free People pieces here and they are all priced affordably. I'd much rather support a small business where I get fantastic customer service and a friendly smile.

They are always kind and helpful. A big test to how a business owner really is, is by the return policy. Are they easy to deal with or a hassle? I purchased multiple items and the pants were big on me, though the style. I called about returning them and the owner was understanding and willing to accomodate. Because of her kindness, I decided to keep the pants. Other businesses should get on board with that way of doing things!

Buyer beware: if you plan on gifting an item from this shop- the exchange/return policy is not “gifting-friendly.”When buying a gift for a loved one as a birthday or Christmas gift, shop elsewhere because the gift recipient may be truly disappointed in the end. The shop’s 15 day return/exchange policy does not allow for time between purchasing the gift, gifting the item, and the recipient taking the time to go to the store. If you like to shop and plan your gifts with time, this is not the place for you.This necklace was purchased by a family member just over two weeks prior to my birthday. I was gifted the necklace a week after my birthday. I loved it! Sadly, the first time I went to wear the necklace, it broke (by no fault of my own).Two weeks later, after my children had gotten over colds, I went to the store to exchange the necklace. I had a picture of the receipt that my family member had sent me. Upon showing it to the employee, I was told that too much time has passed. She proceeded to insinuate that I wore the necklace throughout the time since the date of the receipt and as such, it broke from wear or by some other fault of my own.I am disappointed to say the least.

Love this shop and owner! I work down the street at cocoon and usually pop in once every couple of months whenever I get a free chance. She always remembers me and points me to new merchandise she thinks I might like. So genuine and always picks great clothing/jewelry!

I have worked at this boutique for over a year now and have had nothing but a positive experience! The owner Jeanna, pours her heart into every piece of merchandise she brings into this store and strives to be so original and authentic. This boutique truly has something for everyone!

Worst boutique shopping experience I have ever had. I took one picture of a pair of earrings to send to my aunt who was at an ice cream parlor next store with my younger cousins and was told that I cannot take photos. Completely fine, no big deal. However, I was followed around the rest of my time in the store as I guess it was suspected I would take more photos, which I did not. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and turned me away from purchases I would have made otherwise. As I was texting my boyfriend to pick me up as I wanted to leave the entire town of geneva so badly at this point, the rude worker started talking about me to the cashier in front of me and my grandmother (it was her birthday) saying I was taking more photos, which I did not. If they had cameras, which I’m assuming such a poorly run place would have such a thing, you would find evidence of me texting and not taking photos of their overpriced tacky clothing. I will never be returning to this terrible store and I plan to tell everyone I know about this experience.
