Julie and Jamie were awesome! They gave us an opportunity for a loan option we previously had thought wasn't an option. They were clear with what they needed and always responded very quickly. Julie and Jamie were great to work with and although we believe we have found our forever home, our first choice of lenders in the future will absolutely be Julie with Guild Mortgage.

Julie was very easy to deal with and straightforward about what was needed from me during the loan process. Julie and her assistant, Jamie, also took documents as I had them and I didn’t have to wait until I had everything together. It makes a big convenience difference than previous times I have had loan applications in places for other needed loans. So much easier! Thanks for the great communication during the process!

Oh my goodness! Julie and Jaime were just absolutely wonderful. 2 other companies said we would need over 2x the money down compared to what they figured out for us. I was never left guessing where we were at in the process, or figuring out what money went where. We have a little girl on the way and they made it possible for us to bring her home, to her very own home! I truly cannot recommend them enough and look forward to sending my family and friends their way - I know they will be taken care of just like we were.
