I love this place! It has the feeling of an old time butcher shop. Very clean, amazing selection, great quality and the friendliest people. I go there as often as I can for meat….so much better than the Jewel!

Bad experience I suppose. Went in around 6:10 and 5 separate people came out and looked at me, but couldn’t even acknowledge I was in there. Closing the deli 30 minutes early doesn’t constitute having bad customer service.

This meat market is terrific! The Italian chicken breast, remarkable, love the cannot mess up instructions. Thats only the beginning, dinner in a pouch for one, mine was buttered Cod w/orzo & asparagus, delish & only one of many options. The lamb, steaks, poblanos filled with Italian sausage mix, yum! The butchers & staff were so there for my best epicurean adventures … I plan on having many more here! Loving it!

Stopped by for my first visit - staff was friendly, place was spotlessly clean. Had the dog bones I was looking for and AMAZING bacon! Give them a try!

The 4.3 lb. Rib roast I bought for Christmas was 60% fat and gristle. Almost inedible. So sad as this was the first time I tried this shop.

So nice to find you again, used to stop in Sublette for steaks Everytime I was out that way ! Always excellent ?Picked up a flat iron steak to pop in my cast iron ,lol..piece of your bacon to prep the pan !I'll be back to try the English sausages and finish up the bacon soon ?
