My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. 1st night checking in and housekeeping was great. 2nd night of our stay was not. The hotel allowed a large group of guests to camp out right outside the main door with coolers and such until 1:30am. Then the party moved 50ft and continued until 3:45am. Even after myself and other guests complained, nothing was done to try to stop what was going on. One and a half hours sleep doesn't qualify for a pleasant stay. Management was not very helpful in finding a fair resolution to this nightmare.

It's a nice, clean hotel with large rooms. However, we were without hot water for 2 days during our stay. We let the front desk know, and they said they were working on it, but they kind of shrugged us off. For nearly $300 per night, it is unacceptable to not be able to take a warm shower

Zac and his staff here are exceptional. Breakfast is ok. Mostly sweet stuff. Coffee good. Pool decent. Not a lot nearby. Everything is kind of a drive. You need a car to stay here in my opinion. However, close to a lot of little towns and the outlet mall. Personally I like how remote this location can be.

Front desk person was professional and accommodating. Computers were down and she went above and beyond to make sure that we git in a room.

Over the course of a 5 day stay, the complimentary hot breakfast was always different, which was unexpected, but appreciated. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning, making the bed and replenishing used towels and face clothes.

A great little place I bought my grandkids. They loved the pool spa and especially the breakfast. We really appreciate the fresh fruit, we had snacks for later in the afternoon.

The man at the front was very helpful and assisted me with my needs. I had a very pleasant stay. It had nice and cozy rooms. It even had a cool ceiling fan I've never seen before

Rooms were really clean, location is beautiful, have free breakfast everyday (hot & cold cereal,eggs ,bacon ,hash browns,bakery like bagel ,muffins,bread etc…)also have waffle maker with 2 flavors of waffles, tea ,coffee.They serve breakfast till 10:00am .
Pool is having warm water &open all day 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Have free parking facility.
Staff is really very friendly & helpful.
They meet & greet very nicely.
I stayed 3 nights & have very good experience.
Overall very good stay.

I just had an amazing experience with this hotel. I have a friend staying at this hotel. These are extenuating circumstances and Kevin at the front desk was the most amazing and compassionate person anyone could ever ask for under a stressful situation. If Kevin greets you when you’re checking in, just thank your lucky five stars that he’s the guy taking care of you!!!!! If I could give him a 1000% I would. He’s a ten star empolyee

We always stay here when in town the rooms are nice some have smell to them. The breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast and the staff has always been very kind and accommodating.

This property is extra clean! At any given time staff is available to help I noticed. Kevin, Clint, and Jeff at the front desk are remarkable. Very very informative about the area, as we are new to the area!! The breakfast offering is huge!! And fresh... Fresh fruit hot food and the coffee is honestly very good!! The pool and hot tub is big and very clean for my children. I have to be honest my family and I have had the best day here, the rooms themselves were extra clean and very big...

Nearby activities: There's a restaurant connected to the hotel parking lot!! It's known for great food and burgers..
Safety: Staff always present, a lot of lights made us feel safe even in the parking lot. There's also four different entrances.
Walkability: Walking distance to a local bar with a cool hockey rink!!
