I really miss Jimmy and Cici, not sure where they went but the new ownership does not produce the same quality of manicure. Got a simple French acrylic and the almond shape is so bloated and different on every nail and my cuticles are still stuck to globs of acrylic and have white polish on them. Not sure I’ll be back, this was disappointing because cici has been my go to for so long.

First time using this salon as the last one went downhill with the new owners. I use dip. In a couple of days, the 4 fingers with designs started peeling. In less than a week, one of the designs peeled completely off. The other nails have "solid" colors that are not very well done. When filing them down to make them smooth they went too far, and the color is patchy and some of the nails aren't smooth. The staff seemed friendly but I'm not happy at all with the quality of the work. They may always do this poor of a job, or they were just in a rush to get me out as I was there until after they closed. Either way, if they didn't want to stay late, they should've told me to arrive at a different time. I will not be returning to this salon.

I drive 30 minutes to come here because all of the nail places by my house are terrible. I found Cici Nails through a friend. I came here for a birthday celebration and was shocked when my gel manicure still hadn't lifted or peeled after 2.5 weeks. So I decided to come back, and once again I am on day 17 and no lifting, no peeling. At other places I can't even get 10 days without that happening. The pricing is comparable to other salons, but I feel the quality is much higher.

Everyone is so friendly! I also don't have to worry about asking for one specific nail tech because they're all great. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area!

Clean and organized space with so many color options as well. The prices are also very reasonable in my opinion and I have never had to wait longer than 5 mins for a walk-in. Love this place!!

We all got gel and it look fantastic then and even weeks later. It did not chip at all. Love this place!!! The whole experience was wonderful! I would highly recommend!

The ladies were all very nice! They were helpful in deciding on a color to match my daughter's wedding gown & my dress! I wanted them to continue my pedi massage as it felt amazing!

Not a good manicure. I got a no chip manicure, and an hour after my appointment the paint was already peeling off. Simple things like washing my hair or doing the dishes made entire nails of color pop right off. Pretty disappointing to pay an upcharge for no chip, and the polish falls off the day it's done.
